The present inventor has so far developed several continuous boiling devices for small fish. One such device is a continuous boiling device that has already become known in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-33993.In this device, a boiling liquid medium forms a circulating flow path for the liquid medium in a fixed direction in the boiling tank. , small fish are thrown into the appropriate place in this channel and boiled while flowing through the channel. Even a take-out device consisted of a screen belt conveyor that was sunk inward and raised at the end to lead out of the boiling tank, and was scooped up onto a continuous screen belt and taken out.

Therefore, small fish taken out by such a take-out device are transported from the end of the screen belt conveyor of the take-out device into a drying room if the fish are small, such as Chilimenjako. The small fish are then fed by falling onto a mesh belt conveyor that is guided by the mesh belt conveyor, and the small fish are dried by passing the mesh belt conveyor around the drying chamber. In the case of large pieces like dried sardines, it takes more than a day and night to dry them, so they are also dropped onto a bamboo steamer, etc., and the small fish that are spread out on the bamboo steamer are placed in multiple tiers. The method used is to place it on a frame-equipped cart, send it to a drying chamber, and leave it there for about a day and night to dry it.

In this way, if the boiled small fish is large, it needs to be placed on the bamboo steamer and dried for a long time. In the case of relatively large fish such as dried sardines, when the fish is dropped from the above-mentioned take-out device onto the bamboo steamer, the impact of the fall may cause breakage or other damage to the fish. There was a problem that I thought was easy to accept. Therefore, with this extraction method, there was a problem in that it was not possible to obtain high-quality products from small fish such as dried sardines, which had relatively large bodies.

That is, the take-out device of the present invention inserts the steamer into the flow path of the boiling liquid medium of the boiling device having the circulation flow path of the boiling liquid medium from the small fish-free zone downstream in the flow direction. Then, in the upper boiled zone where small fish exist, a rectangular steamer with a width approximately equal to the channel width of the zone is placed.
The boiled small fish can be directly scooped onto the bamboo steamer by lifting it out of the flow path. In this way, small fish that are boiled while flowing through the flow channel will be scooped onto the bamboo steamer at the position where it was boiled, and taken out of the bamboo steamer as it is. If the wax is directly sent to the drying room, the small fish scooped onto the bamboo dryer will be dried without being subjected to any shock, resulting in a product of very high quality.

In addition, small fish that are thrown into the circulating flow path of such a boiling liquid medium and boiled while flowing along the flow path with the liquid medium float near the surface of the liquid medium when boiled and fill the entire width of the flow path. Since the flow is almost uniformly distributed, the steamer can be inserted into the flow path from the lower end of the flow path, that is, from the lower end of the area where the small fish that have already been boiled have been scooped up by the steamer. hand,
If you sink it to the bottom of the tank and pull it out of the tank at the leading edge of the stream of boiled small fish, it will be evenly distributed over the entire width of the stream. The small fish that are scattered and floating in the water are taken out as they are evenly distributed and placed.

In this way, the boiling liquid medium flowing through the B portion of the channel 3 passes through the entire width of the steamer 25 moving in the upward direction, and is circulated in the direction of the arrow A. However, in this embodiment, the suction port 29 of the duct 30 is divided into several parts in the width direction of the flow path 3, and each of the divided suction port parts 29a, 29
In a......, adjustment plates 32, 32......, which can adjust the opening amount thereof, can be slid through bolts 33 and elongated holes 34 provided in a bracket protruding from the lower surface of the suction duct 30. It is provided. That is, by appropriately adjusting the opening amount of each suction port portion 29a divided by each adjustment plate 32, the flow rate of the liquid medium sucked into the pump device 4 from the suction port 9 can be adjusted to the flow path 3. As a result, the liquid medium flowing through the D section of the channel 3 spreads uniformly in the E section, and small fish are uniformly distributed in the width direction in the B section. It is becoming possible to do so. However, in other embodiments, the suction port 2 of the suction duct 30
The opening amount of the suction port 9 may be adjusted in advance as described above. Of course, the design can be changed arbitrarily.

As is clear from the detailed description of the embodiments, the device for taking out small fish according to the present invention enters the flow path of the boiling tank from the lower side in the flow direction of the liquid medium to the upper side in the flow direction. Using a holding frame for the steamer, which is configured to circulate upward in the flow direction without rotating obliquely upward, the steamer is supplied and placed on top of it outside the tank. Then, the steamer is automatically fed into the tank in the zone where small fish are not present, and when it reaches the bottom of the tank, it is made to make a U-turn without reversing (rotating), and the flow path in the boiling tank is While crossing the flow of small fish that were boiled while flowing through the water, the small fish that had been boiled were pulled up diagonally backward and upwards while crossing the stream, and at that time, the small fish that had been boiled were scooped up onto the bamboo steamer and taken out of the tank. Since it can be taken out extremely smoothly, according to the device of the present invention, the bamboo steamer taken out of the tank in this way is carried as it is to the drying room, and the small fish on it are directly removed. If the amount of small fish flowing through the channel is made uniform, it is natural that the boiled small fish flowing over the bamboo steamer will spread over the entire width of the channel. This means that the water is evenly dispersed and scooped up, and in particular, as mentioned above, the width of the flow path at the part where the bamboo steamer is pulled out of the tank is expanded, and the water is spread to fill the entire width of the expanded flow path. If the structure is such that the liquid medium flows uniformly through the bamboo steamer, small fish can be scooped up onto a wide bamboo steamer in a thinner and more uniform manner. In this respect, it is possible to obtain a product of better quality by shortening the time required for production.
