    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対の出力トランジスタの各エミツタと出力端子間にそ
    れぞれエミツタ抵抗を挿入したＳＥＰＰ電力増幅器にお
    いて、前記各出力トランジスタのべ一スと出力端子間に
    それぞれ電流制限用トランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ
    路を挿入し、前記ＮＫ制限用トランジスタのベース●エ
    ミツタ間に前記各エミッタ抵抗の端子電圧を印加してこ
    れらの電流制限用トランジスタの導通を制御することに
    より出力電流を制限するように構成するとともに、前記
    各電流制限用トランジスタのベース・エミツタ間にそれ
    ぞれ負荷検出用トランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ路を
    挿入し、前記各負荷検出用トランジスタのベース●エミ
    ッタ間に負荷検出用ブリッジの出力電圧を印加して、負
    荷インピーダンスの値によって出力電流の制限値を変え
    るようにしたことを特徴とする電力増幅器の電流制限回
    路。
