【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ハウス内に収納架設した大量の干瓢
を、乾燥ムラを発生させずに能率よく均一乾燥す
ることができる干瓢乾燥装置に関する。

従来、収穫した大量の被乾燥物をハウス内に設
置した架設枠に架設した後、該被乾燥物を熱気発
生器により得られた乾燥熱風を下方より上向きに
向けて流通させる吹き当て作用で乾燥せしめる乾
燥装置は本出願前例えば実開昭49−8855号公報に
記載されていて公知である。

り噴き当ててこれを極力均一に乾燥させると同時
に前記送風機に基端側を接続した送風筒は任意方
向へ自由に送風することができるように形成し
て、ハウス内に架設された総ての干瓢を均一に、
しかも迅速に乾燥することができる干瓢乾燥装置
を得ることを目的としたものである。

枠を夫々配設し、前記送風機の吐出側には、基端
側が送風機に接続され、先端側が送風口となり、
かつ全体が伸縮自在に形成された送風筒を、基端
側を軸として左右方向に変向調節のできる支架部
材に多数の環体を介して吊持した干瓢乾燥装置と
したものであつて、かかる干瓢乾燥装置によれ
ば、熱気発生器および送風機により起風された乾
燥熱風を送風筒の伸縮調節操作と左右方向への変
向調節操作とにより、ハウス内に架設された干瓢
の好み位置に向け随時横方向より送風して円滑に
対流させることが簡単にできるので、架設された
大量の干瓢といえども、その総てを乾燥ムラを発
生させることなく均一かつ迅速に乾燥せしめて、
優良な品質の干瓢を得ることができる許りか、乾
燥熱風の対流作用をより促進して乾燥能率の向上
を図ることができる効果を奏する。

に枢着されて、左右方向に変向調節のできる支架
部材8に嵌合した環体9……を介して吊持せしめ
てある。

れば、強い乾燥熱風が容易に噴き当り未乾燥状態
の干瓢Aを効果的に乾燥させることができる。
