【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、サウナ用、暖房用、その他各種加熱
用に用いるパイプ燃焼装置に係るものである。

(従来の技術) 従来の代表的なパイプ燃焼装置は、第1図に示
すように、パイプの一側にバーナ部を設け、該バ

他側に行く過程でパイプを加熱し、パイプの他側
から燃焼ガスを排出させていた。また、実公昭58
年第55291号及び実開昭48年第44530号に示される
ような触媒を使用したラジアントチユーブ等も提
案されているが、何れも、長手方向に温度分布を
均一化する手段としては未だ不充分であると共
に、従来の技術に於いて、燃焼を徐々に行なわせ
る等燃焼に工夫をこらしても、バーナ部近傍のパ
イプ壁は、どうしても高温になつてしまい、全体
として温度差が大きくなりすぎる問題点があつ
た。本考案は、かかる問題点を解決するものであ
つて、以下図について詳述すると次の通りであ
る。

が、完全燃焼に必要な充分な空気を導入する。触
媒部材4が初期燃焼によつて充分に加熱されたと
ころで、空気導入部6からの空気の導入を停止
し、燃料ガス又は空気不足混合気を、ガス導入部
5から、第一の供給パイプ3内に導入する。かか
る際に、同時に空気導入管1の空気導入孔2から
少量ずつ多段的に空気を噴出させると、その空気
量に見合つた燃焼が触媒中に於いて多段的に随所
で進行する。以上は段階燃焼の一例にすぎず、第
一及び第二の供給パイプに導入する流体は、燃
料、空気及び燃焼過剰或は空気過剰混合気の何れ
を適宜組合せもよいことは言うまでもない。

る。
