Claims (1)
と、前記混合ガスを触媒用燃焼により燃焼させる
触媒燃焼熱器と、を備えた触媒燃焼装置において
、一方が混合ガス入口に接続し前記燃焼触媒器と
熱的に結合した部材でガス通路を形成する第1ガ
ス予熱器と、一方が該第1ガス予熱器の他方に接
続し前記混合ガスの流れを反転させる第1反転器
と、一方が該第1反転器の他方に接続し前記燃焼
触媒器と熱的に結合した部材と前記燃焼触媒器の
外側で形成したガス通路からなる第2ガス予熱器
と、一方が該第2ガス予熱器の他方に接続し前記
混合ガスの流れを反転させる第2反転器と、を備
え、前記燃焼触媒器は一方が該第2ガス反転器の
他方に接続し他方は混合ガス出口に接続しその内
側に燃焼触媒層を形成したガス通路からなること
