Conventionally, as this kind of heater, the 21st rgJ to the 23rd rgJ
As shown in the figure, a ribbon heater wire 30 formed into a wave shape is wound around a cross-shaped substrate 31, or as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, a wire wire formed into a coil shape is used. A heater wire 30' similarly wound around a cross-shaped substrate 31 is used.

However, in either case, since it is wrapped around the substrate 31, stress is always applied to the contact area with the substrate 31.
Moreover, since the wire is bent at an acute angle, there is always a lurking fear that stress will be concentrated and the wire will break. Further, in the waveform shown in FIG. 21, since the contact area with the substrate is large, the cooling effect is small, and there is also a drawback that the contact portion 30a (FIG. 22) becomes red hot. In the coil heater type shown in FIG. 23, since the heater wire 30' is placed on the circular groove 32 of the substrate 31 and wound around it, the thickness t of the substrate 31 must be large. The contact area was shaded, making it difficult for cooling air to reach it, which had the disadvantage of making it more likely to become red hot.

With this configuration, the heater wires are evenly supported over a wide range by the flexible insulating plate, so there is no concentration of stress.
Therefore, there is no fear of disconnection. In addition, since it is evenly supported over a wide range, overheating can be prevented from occurring locally at the contact portion.

With this structure, instead of wrapping around a cross-shaped substrate like in the past, it is wrapped evenly in a cylindrical shape, so
There is no concentration of stress and therefore no risk of wire breakage. In addition, since the contact portion with the insulating plate 2 is only the peak of the wave crest of the heater wire 1 and is a point contact, cooling air can pass through easily.
Heat exchange is also good, and red heat is unlikely to occur. Also, heater wire 1
Since it can be wound concentrically, hot air machines using it can be made smaller, and since it can be wound spirally from the center,
This has the effect of making the hot air distribution uniform.

1b are arranged in two rows on the flexible insulating plate 2. The pitches of the wave crests of the heater wires 1a and ib in both rows are shifted from each other. This increases heat exchange and improves air blowing efficiency. Although this figure shows the state before winding, it is wound in a spiral shape in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 13, the hard ring 17 may be formed separately from the flexible insulating plate 2, and one end of the hard ring 17 may be inserted into the slit of the hard ring 17'. The heater wire 1' is shown in Fig. 12 (
As shown in A), a rod made by winding a round wire into a coil around a nine-lot rod 18 is used. Even if such a coiled heater wire 1' is used, the same effect as the wave-shaped heater wire 1 can be obtained. Note that in the example of FIG. 10 as well, a wave-shaped heater wire may be used. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12(B), a rectangular coil-shaped heater wire 1' made by winding a rectangular wire around a rectangular rod 19 may be used. In this case, fixing to the flexible insulating plate 2 is easy.

14 and 15 show an example in which the heater wire 1 is wound together with the flexible insulating plate 2 around the terminal 20 of the heater wire 1 as the winding core. The terminal 20 is a plate-shaped material wound into a cylindrical shape, and can be easily wound. Further, the terminal 20 is provided with a caulking portion 21 so that the heater wire 1 and the lead wire 23 can be caulked and fixed. Although this embodiment shows a case in which two heater wires 1 are connected in parallel, the position and shape of the caulking portion 21 of the terminal 20 may differ depending on the number of heater wires I arranged and whether they are parallel or series. (Of course, a temperature controller such as a thermoswitch 22 may be directly fixed to the terminal 20 as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17.

FIGS. 18 and 19 show an example in which the peak height h of the wave-shaped heater wire l is gradually changed so that the winding start portion and the winding end portion are lower.

If the peak height h is uniform, a space without heater peaks, indicated by Z in the front view of Figure 1, will occur at the beginning and end of the heater winding, and this will cause the hot air distribution (part 2 to be low). There are disadvantages in that unevenness tends to occur and the shape of the insulating plate is difficult to form into a uniform cylindrical shape. However, according to the example heater shown in Fig. 18, the height of the peak is low at the beginning of winding and at the end of the first winding, so there is no space where there is no heater peak as described above, and this eliminates the unevenness of hot air. Moreover, the flexible insulating plate 2 has a uniform cylindrical shape, which has the advantage that it can be smoothly attached to the dryer.
