Conventionally, in order to connect the coil output wire and the power supply lead wire in an electric motor, the insulation film of the coil terminal wire is peeled off, the insulation film is wrapped around the tip of the power supply lead wire, and the connection is performed by soldering, etc. However, a method is adopted in which this connecting part is protected with an insulating tube or the like, and then the part is tied to the end of the coil with a thread to fix it. However, this method has the problem that it requires a large number of man-hours and requires skill.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a semicircular arc-shaped terminal board made of an insulating material on the coil end of the motor, and hooks for connecting the lead wires from the coil to the terminal board. A plurality of terminals having a plurality of terminals are arranged and fixed in a radial pattern, and conductors are connected to the terminal board in a positional relationship such that one end thereof is connected to the terminal to form concentric arcs and are in a non-contact state with each other. While the conductor is integrally embedded, the other end of the conductor protrudes from the side end of the terminal board, and the protruding end is connected to a power source terminal.

As explained above, in the electric motor according to the present invention, a plurality of terminals each having a hook for connecting a coil lead wire are arranged and fixed in a radial manner on a semi-circular terminal plate, and one end is connected to the terminal. Conductors that are connected to form concentric arcs and are in a positional relationship such that they are in a non-contact state are integrally embedded in the terminal board, while the other ends of the conductors are connected to the side edges of the terminal board. Since the coil lead wire is wound around the hook and fixed by fusing etc., the end protruding from the side end of the terminal plate of the conductor is configured so that the protruding end is connected to the power supply terminal. You can connect the coil lead wire and the power supply lead wire by simply connecting it to the power supply terminal, eliminating the need for skilled work such as winding the winding and power supply lead wire, soldering, and fixing with thread. This reduces the number of man-hours and allows the above connection work to be performed easily and in a short time.

Further, according to this configuration, since the terminal plate is formed in a semicircular arc shape, the terminal plate can be made smaller, which contributes to making the entire electric motor smaller and lighter.

In the above embodiment, if a hole is made in a part of the motor bracket into which the housing 12 can be inserted, it is possible to connect the power lead wires 10, 10, . . . even after the motor is assembled. In that case, it will also be possible to streamline the motor assembly work.
