を負荷と直列に入れて半波整流によるセツトの目
的を果たしている。ところで、その半波整流器の
ヒータ基板への取付状態は実公昭58−10490号公
報に示すように、断面十字状のヒータ基板に半波
整流器の両側リード端子の先端を固定して、その
部分からリード線のリード端子と結線を行なつて
いる。この十字状のヒータ基板と三角形をなすよ
うにダイオードなどの半波整流器を取付ける目的
は、半波整流器の効率的な冷却効果を狙いとする
もので一般的によく知られているものである。と
ころが、十字状になつた2枚のヒータ基板にそれ
ぞれ半波整流器のリード端子の端部を固定しなけ
ればならず、組立時に非常に手間がかかるという
問題があつた。また、2枚のヒータ基板にまたが
つて半波整流器を固定しているために、ヒータ基
板への半波整流器の組込時及び固定後、ドライヤ
ーケースに組込む時において、両ヒータ基板が傾
き、半波整流器のリード端子が永久変形を起こ
し、狙いの角度(90゜)を確保することができず、
ケース組立時に位置決めが不安定となり嵌合不良
となるという問題が発生したり、半波整流器の素
子そのものにストレスが加わり、素子不良の原因
となる問題があつた。

き等の問題をなくし、更には半波整流器の素子へ
のストレスの防除を目的としたヘアードライヤー
のヒータを提供するものである。
