When storing the bag, it was necessary to close the opening string 2 of the bag so as to wrap a part of the intestinal tract, etc. In addition, the opening string 2 is simply a flat or round string made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers attached to the opening of the bag, so it is necessary to prevent the opening of the bag from opening after storing the intestinal tract, etc. It was necessary to hold it in place with forceps used during surgery.

In addition, it is desirable that the material is flexible so as not to damage the intestinal tract, which has a weak mucous membrane. Specifically, soft polyvinyl chloride,
Thermoplastic resins such as polybutadiene and polyamide are preferably used. The size is determined by the surgical case, but when the bag is crushed, the vertical and horizontal dimensions are 150 x
It is rectangular, square, circular, oval, etc. from about 200 mm to about 1000 x 1000 mm, and the thickness is 20 mm.
A thickness of from 150 μm to about 150 μm is suitably used, and a thickness of about 80 μm is preferable. It can be made by folding a sheet-like film and sealing the other two sides, or by forming a cylindrical film and sealing only the bottom side. Reference numeral 2 indicates a closure, which is used to guide the opening of the bag along the closure 2 and to prevent the intestinal tract, etc. that have been properly closed and stored from coming out of the bag. The material may be either natural fiber or synthetic fiber, and the cross-sectional shape is preferably rectangular, circular, or oval.

It is preferable that the opening string stopper 3 is equipped with a locking mechanism, and when an opening force is applied to the opening of the closed bag, this locking mechanism is activated to prevent the opening of the bag from opening.

As for the material, natural fibers or synthetic fibers knitted into a cloth shape, plastic foam sheets, etc. can be used, but natural fibers are particularly preferable in terms of surface softness and water retention. Further, it is preferable that these cloth-like or sheet-like anti-slip materials are not laminated with the entire surface of the bag body 1 but are separately attached partially to the bag body. This is because the overall softness is lost by laminating. Water retention means that it is necessary to keep the inside of the bag wet at all times in order to prevent the intestinal tract, etc. that are stored in it from drying out. It means that something is preferable.

It is sufficient to simply attach it to the end of the mouth. The attachment method depends on the material of the anti-slip material 4, such as heat-melting adhesive, adhesive adhesive, natural fiber or synthetic fiber thickness.
It is okay to suture with threads of about 0.04 mm to 0.5 mm. The width of the anti-slip material 4 installed inside the bag is preferably 1/2 or less of the depth of the bag body 1, and this is so that the blood circulation state of the stored intestinal tract etc. can be observed at any time. It is.

を提供することができる。 As mentioned above, in the bag used during surgery, the opening of the bag is continuously or intermittently wrapped around the entire circumference, covering the mouth string 2 inside and outside the opening of the bag, or By attaching the anti-slip material 4 on the inside of the bag to the end surface of the mouth of the bag, there is no need to prepare a piece of cloth or the like that is sufficient to achieve the same effect in advance, and it is not necessary to prepare a piece of cloth in advance to obtain the same effect. There is no need to wrap it around a part. In addition, by attaching the closure 3 to the closure 2, there is no need to prepare surgical forceps or the like to keep the opening of the bag body 1 closed, and therefore there is no need to operate them. In this way, the anti-slip material 4 and the opening strap stopper 3
The installation of this device will shorten the surgical time, which will help reduce the burden on the patient, the surgeon, and the staff involved in the surgery. The attachment of the anti-slip material 4 to the bag body 1 also prevents the accident of leaving behind a piece of cloth, etc., separately prepared during surgery, inside the body. Furthermore, if the mouthband stopper 3 is made of plastic, it will not leave an image on the screen when taking photographs for the purpose of diagnosing and recording medical conditions, unlike metal forceps, which will make it easier to make a more accurate diagnosis. It is possible to provide a unique medical device with many advantages.
