From the perspective of human life safety, ventilation and disaster prevention equipment have been largely closed off.

Standards and equipment are required, but the current response is to install an air conditioning damper in the middle or at the end of the ventilation system, and to install a smoke and fire damper separately from the air conditioning duct for disaster prevention. As a result, there were drawbacks such as increased equipment and management costs and the need for a large construction space.

The gist of the invention is to position a plurality of blades horizontally on a damper frame and arrange them vertically at equal intervals, and to attach and support each blade to the damper frame so that they can be opened and closed. A stopper plate is installed on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the damper frame, respectively, and a landing plate is attached to the stopper plate on the side where the end of the blade comes into contact with the end of the blade. This is an air conditioning damper with a fire prevention function.

A plurality of blades 2 are horizontally positioned on a damper frame 1 and arranged at equal intervals vertically, and each blade 2 is attached to both ends of the damper frame 1. It is attached and supported to the damper frame 1 so as to be openable and closable by a damper shaft 3 connected by plug welding.Furthermore, a fork-shaped frame body 4 is attached to each blade 2 so as to be located perpendicularly to the damper frame 1. The blades 2 are installed at a predetermined position at a predetermined angle to A pin 9 is connected to the other end of the link arm 8 and has one end fixed to the arbitrary damper shaft 3a.
The connecting rod 10, which is freely connected to the end of the rod 12 of an air cylinder 11 fixed to the outside of the damper frame 1, for example, is connected to the tip of the rod 12, and the reciprocating movement of the rod 12 caused by the operation of the air cylinder 11 causes the blade 2a to move. damper shaft 3a
The damper shaft 3 is configured to open and close around the damper shaft 3, and in conjunction with the opening and closing movement, all other blades 2 similarly synchronize via rods 7 to open and close around the damper shaft 3.

The blades 2 are connected and fixed to each other and sealed so that there is no contact gap between the blades 2. Also, the gap between the damper frame 1 and both ends of each blade 2 is filled by a thin stainless steel plate similar to that described above stretched on the inner surface of the damper frame. The side plates 16 are sealed so that there is no contact gap.

When the damper frame 1 is closed, the sealing strip plate 13 is pressed against the stopper plate 17 to seal so that there is no gap between the blades 2b and 2c at both upper and lower ends and the damper frame 1, thereby forming a normal air conditioning damper frame. The functions are configured.

うに製作されている。 As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the blade 2 is configured in a clasped shape to provide a space 18 inside the blade, so that when the blade 2 is closed and one side is irradiated with flame, the inside of the blade 2 is closed. A temperature difference is provided between the outer plates so that the blade 2 is uniformly warped toward the flame side. In order to cope with thermal expansion, the damper shaft 3 is divided into both ends of the blade 2 as described above, and is inserted into the space 18 from both ends of the blade 2, so that the flame comes from the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. In this case, blade 2 will warp toward the flame side, but
The stopper plate 17 is manufactured with enough strength to follow the warpage of the blade 2 to a certain extent, and furthermore, it is manufactured so that the other blades 2 and the upper end blade 2b are warped in the same way.

ある。 A landing plate 19 is attached to the stopper plate 17 on the side where the end of the blade 2 contacts so that the tip of the blade comes into contact with the stopper plate 17, so that the flame is emitted from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 in the same manner as described above. If you come,
A gap is created between the stopper plate 17 and the blade 2c at the lower end, and the gap is determined by the width of the blade.
Therefore, if the landing plate 19 is not present, the flame will escape to the opposite side through the gap, but if the blade 2c is warped by the landing plate 19, the tip of the blade will be bent by the landing plate 19. This device moves in contact with the upper surface of the flame, thereby eliminating the space for the flame to escape to the opposite side, completely blocking the flame, and thus having an air conditioning damper function and a fire prevention damper function.

パー機能を果すものである。 As described above, the present invention normally functions as an air conditioning damper, and even if one side of the damper is heated to a high temperature due to flames during a fire and the blade is bent or deformed due to thermal expansion, the tip of the blade remains on the landing plate. Because the upper surfaces move so as to touch each other, there is no gap of 20mm or more where flames can escape, and therefore there is no gap for flames to escape to the other side, which maintains sealing properties and prevents flames. It functions as a damper.

ることができるものである。 As is clear from the above description, the present invention has an air conditioning damper function that normally acts as a ventilation.
In addition, since it has a fire prevention function that blocks flames in the event of a fire, the equipment can be greatly simplified, which makes management easier and the installation space is significantly reduced, making it economical. This can contribute to labor saving.
