As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a conventional escalator has a bed frame 2 attached to an upper flat part 1a of a truss 1 installed at an angle between each floor of a building.
A drive device 4 is installed so that the drive device 4 and the bed 3 overlap each other, and a main drive wheel 7 is connected to a drive wheel (drive sprocket wheel) 5a of a reduction gear 5 by this drive device 4 via a transmission chain 6. A guide rail 8 is provided along the truss 1 between the main drive wheel 7 and the driven wheel (not shown), and is guided by the guide rail 8 and is wound between the main drive wheel 7 and the driven wheel. Each moving step 10 is provided in the step chain 9, a pair of balustrade panels 11 are arranged side by side on the truss 1 located on both sides of the moving step 10, and a handrail rail is integrally provided on the upper part of the balustrade panel 11. A moving handrail (handrail) 12 (not shown) is wound around the movable handrail 12, and the moving handrail 12 is configured to travel in the same direction in synchronization with the moving step 10.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the drive device 4 in the conventional escalator described above is configured in a cross-shaped structure with a pair of angle frames 2a and a pair of channel frames 2b on the flat part 1a of the truss 1. The bed frame 2 is fixed, and the channel frame 2b is fixed.

When the transmission chain 6 is expanded and relaxed, the mounting members 15 are loosened and the adjustment screws 16 are used to move the entire bed 3 along the elongated holes 3a. This allows the drive device 4 installed on the bed 3 to be adjusted without causing vibration. The drive device 4 is composed of a reduction gear 5 and an electric motor 18, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, and the two are connected by a joint 19.

Therefore, the escalator drive device described above is
By driving the electric motor 18, the reducer 5 is operated via the joint 19, and the drive wheel 5a of the reducer 5 is rotated, and the drive wheel 5a is connected to the transmission chain 6.
The main drive wheel 7 is rotated through the drive wheel 7, and the step chain 9 is actuated to move the moving step 10 as described above.
and the movable handrail 12 are driven in the same direction in synchronization.

On the other hand, vibrations and noise generated when the driving device 4 is driven are caused by the vibrations and noises caused by the mounting members 15 and the adjusting screws 1.
Vibration can be absorbed by vibration isolating seat plates 13, 14 and 17 respectively interposed in 6.

However, in the escalator vibration isolating device described above, when the transmission chain 6 is relaxed, each of the mounting members 15 is relaxed in order to move the entire bed 3, and then each adjustment screw 16 is used to move the bed 3. Because the shaft centers of the electric motor 18, reducer 5, etc. installed on the bed 3 are shifted each time the vehicle is moved, alignment of the shafts is not only troublesome, but also requires Swing plate 13, 14
and 17 must be returned to their original positions and installed again without damaging them, and there is also a disadvantage that time is wasted for installation adjustments.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, there is a relatively large vibration-proof seat plate 1 between the bed frame 2 and the bed 3.
Although it has been proposed that 3′ is inserted,
This is also substantially the same as the escalator vibration isolator described above, and has drawbacks such as troublesome handling and adjustment operations.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides stud bolts having stepped portions at the corner corners of the angle frame of the bed frame fixed to the flat portion of the truss, and each stud bolt has a stepped portion. Both ends of a pair of channel frames are fixed to the step part with a pair of upper and lower vibration isolators interposed, a bed is provided across both channel frames, and a drive device is installed on this bed. The above-mentioned two channel frames and the bed are connected by adjustment screws, thereby simplifying handling and adjustment operations, and allowing expansion and contraction of the transmission chain to be adjusted without damaging each vibration isolating material.
