Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the change of a linear motor driving force which is a driving source from being directly transmitted to its support member by providing a linear motor vibration damping device between the movable primary conductor of a linear motor comprising a primary conductor and a secondary conductor and the support member. CONSTITUTION: Vibration damping devices 100 respectively are supported between the upper and the lower end parts of a primary conductor and a support member 20.
