Unlike pasted ceilings or suspended ceilings, inset ceilings for automobiles can be easily configured by simply inserting both ends of the lining material into the roof rails of the automobile. It is used in large automobiles. As lining materials for such inset ceilings, materials in which a core material such as steel wire is inserted into the base material have come to be used in order to improve shape retention. A typical example is one in which a large number of through holes are provided in parallel in the width direction of the base material, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the vehicle center line, and a core material is inserted through the through holes. Incidentally, the radius of curvature of the inner surface of the ceiling of an automobile is not constant, and the radius of curvature is smaller at both corners than at the center. Therefore, when a lining material with a core arranged perpendicular to the vehicle center line is installed on the ceiling as described above, the core material is not bent along the ceiling surface at both corners of the lining material, and the ceiling A large gap is created between the inner surface and the lining material, making the indoor space narrower.

Therefore, in the present invention, the core material is inserted into the base material of the lining material from both ends thereof diagonally with respect to the vehicle center line, so that both corners of the lining material have a radius of curvature along the ceiling surface in the width direction. However, the core material itself can have a radius of curvature larger than that of the lining material, making it easy to work with and allowing the lining material to be placed with as small a gap as possible from the inner surface of the ceiling. can. In addition, in this invention, by using a core material whose proximal ends are integrally connected and form a substantially U-shape, the core material is stably fixed to the inner surface of the ceiling where the radius of curvature changes when the lining material is installed.
Effectively works to obtain uniform holding force. In addition, by intersecting the core materials inserted into the base material from both sides at the center of the base material, the tension rigidity at the center of the lining material is strengthened and deformation such as sagging is prevented.

以下、本考案の実施例を図面により説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a plan view of a ceiling lining material used in a delivery van-type automobile, and the lining material consists of divided lining materials 1, 2, and 3 divided into three parts at the front and rear of the automobile. The base material of each divided lining material 1, 2, 3 is a shape-retaining core material 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b made of a spring material such as a piano wire bent into a substantially U-shape.
are inserted from both sides of the base material. The base of each core material is in contact with the side surface of the base material, and the parallel pair of insertion portions are arranged diagonally on the base material, and the tips of the insertion portions of the core materials facing each other at approximately the center of the base material. are intersecting each other.

The base material 4 of the split lining material 1 is as shown in FIG.
A pair of plastic plates 41 each having a T-shaped protrusion 411 and 421 integrally formed on one side,
42, the protrusions 411 and 421 are joined by welding or adhesive so that they intersect with each other, and there is a net-like through hole 41 inside which intersects diagonally with each other.

Insert the core material 1a from one side of the core material 4, and insert the core material 1b (the first one) into the through hole 412 from the other side.
(Figure). Regarding the divided lining materials 2 and 3, the respective base materials are constructed in the same manner as described above, and the core materials 2a, 2b, 3a, and 3b are inserted by the same means. Note that a skin material is attached to one side of each divided lining material, or a design treatment such as coloring is applied (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 3, each divided lining material constructed in this manner is attached by fitting the peripheral edge of the divided lining material into the roof rail 6 formed inside the outer peripheral portion of the roof panel 5 in an arch-shaped bent state. . Note that a restraining plate 7 is stretched between the opposing joint portions of each divided lining material 1, 2, and 3.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, various embodiments may be used as means for forming diagonally intersecting net-like through holes in the base material. As an example, the base material 40 shown in FIG. 4 has a large number of columnar protrusions 431 integrally molded on one side of a plastic plate material 43, and a flat plastic plate material 44 is bonded to the protrusion surface. A mesh-like through hole is formed between 431 and 431. In addition, as a means for inserting the above-mentioned U-shaped core material into the base material,
The method is not limited to the method of providing a mesh-like through hole in the base material and inserting the core material therein, but the base material and the core material may be integrally molded with the core material embedded therein. Furthermore, in order to improve the installation of the lining material along the inner surface of the ceiling, we used a core material with a slightly curved insertion part that is parallel to each other and inserted into the inside of the base material. Alternatively, the lining material may be given an arch shape in advance.

However, according to the lining material of the present invention configured as described above, when it is installed on the ceiling of a car,
Since the core material is arranged diagonally, even if the radius of curvature of the lining material is small, the radius of curvature of the core material itself is large, making it easy to install and allowing the lining material to be arranged in a shape that follows the inner surface of the ceiling. Can be done.
Further, since the insertion portions of each core material into the base material are connected to each other at the proximal end side, the core material is evenly bent when the lining material is attached, and therefore, a uniform holding force is exerted.
Furthermore, since the base end of the connection is fitted into the roof rail, the mounting condition is stable. Furthermore, since the tips of the core materials facing each other from both sides intersect at the center of the lining material, this portion is in close contact with the inner surface of the ceiling, and deformation such as sagging is completely prevented.
