第４図は従来の偏平型多極コイルの平面図であり、第４
図Ａはその表面、第４図Ｂは裏面を示す。
第５図は本考案の偏平型多極コイルの１態様の平面図で
あり、第５図Ａはその表面、第５図Ｂはその表面を示す

図中；１０は従来の偏平型多極コイル、１１は絶縁シー
ト、１２は金属導体シートからなるパターン、１３はフ
ォトレジスト、１３′はフォトレジストからなるパター
ン、１４はメッキによって形成されたコイルパターン、
１５はスルーホール、１６は導通線、１７はコイル間ベ
タ導体部、１８は端子通通線、２０は本考案の偏平型多
