本発明は堆肥生成装置に関し、さらに詳しくは

に相当量の堆肥補助剤を消費するばかりか、その
供給管理面でも問題がある等の種々の不備があつ

転筒3の下位側堆肥生成室a4に通じる堆肥導出管
7からなり、且つ加温外筒4の周囲に保温体8で
被覆していて、その固体状排泄物導入管6は床上
における、固液分離タイプの便器Cの便絡口C1
に接続する一方、堆肥導出管7は地中に埋設され

動にともない、回転軸2および回転筒3は回転
し、スクリユー11は堆積した固体状排泄物およ
び落し紙を混合させながら回転筒3の流入口3a
から一番目の堆肥生成室a1内に送り込む。この
時、回転筒3の加温外筒4の発熱体5に加熱され
ていて、各堆肥生成室a1,a2,a3,a4内は堆肥発
酵に好ましい50〜60度程度に加温されている。一
番目の堆肥生成室a1内に送り込まれた固体状排泄
物は各撹拌板14により底位から高位へ持上げ且
つ隣接区分へと落下繰返えされながら、好気性微
生物が活動し易い好気状態を維持するよう空気を
補給されて、上下に良く撹拌、乾燥される。こう
して撹拌されて下位の隔環12側に移動した、堆
肥化されつつある固体状排泄物は通路13から二
番目の堆肥生成室a2内に順に入り、再び撹拌、乾
燥されて堆肥化されると同時に、好熱性の繊維素
分解菌を中心とした発酵による自己発熱によつて
70度に達して、病源菌、寄生虫卵も死滅処理され
る。次いで堆肥は三番目、四番目の堆肥生成室
a3,a4に順に移動し、再度撹拌、乾燥繰返しされ
て、完全堆肥化且つ粉粒化された後、流出口3b
から堆肥貯槽D内に落下した。これにより、堆肥
貯槽Dの堆肥は養生間を経て有機肥料として使用
