Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the smooth work by allowing the task of an NC instruction calculation routine to use a working calculation routine in common and output only representation data into a separate memory part and executing the color representation on a same picture scene through switching memory position. CONSTITUTION:It is judged if a key for ordinary picture is pushed down or a key for graphic picture is pushed down in the key input processing routine by the input signal supplied from a keyboard, and color representation is performed on a CRT through a buffer in case of the ordinary picture, and while, green representation is performed in case of graphic picture. Therefore, a user can grasp at a glance which data is represented or which data is set. Thus, the work for newly setting a picture scene is avoided, and the need for a user to prepare the new picture scene for graphic reprersentation is avoided, and smooth work can be carried out.

Conventional electrical discharge machining equipment is configured as described above.
Display and input could not display two types of commands at the same time. In other words, during machining or during NC operation, the same calculation routine such as other NC commands must be used and displayed on the same display, and for this reason, it must be displayed in a way that the user can understand. Then, there was a problem that it was necessary to have a table, and the display procedure had to be the same.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1st
The figure is a block diagram showing the process from the manual input of the keys to the color-coded data display on the CRT. FIG. 2 is a flowchart of the data control routine of FIG. Figure 6 is the first
0 is a more detailed block diagram of the display routine shown in FIG. 0. Next, the operation will be described. Based on the signals input from the keyboard in Figure 1, it is determined in the key manual processing routine whether a normal screen key or a graphic screen key has been pressed, and subsequent key manual processing (data setting, screen selection) will affect only one of the buffers. At the same time, other display data and color data are transferred from the data control routine of FIG. 1 to the display routine shown in FIG. 6, and are processed on the CRT according to the data flow shown in FIG. At this time, the normal screen on the CRT is displayed in color, but the graphic screen is all green, so the user can see at a glance which data is being displayed and which data is being set. You can see it here.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the setting screen is made common and the colors are changed to give different meanings, there is no need to make new settings for the screen, and it is useful for effective use of memory. This also has the effect that the user does not have to learn a new graphic setting screen and can work more smoothly.
