[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a protective structure of plate glass that also has a decorative effect, and more specifically relates to a protective structure of plate glass that also has a decorative effect. This invention relates to a protective structure for plate glass that is applied to the outer walls and partitions of buildings such as houses, ships, and especially passenger ships.

A typical example of the former is to heat a formed plate glass to 500 to 600 degrees Celsius, close to its softening temperature, and then rapidly cool it with compressed cooling air, thereby creating compression strain on the surface. Tempered glass, also known as safety glass, is known as safety glass, which is strengthened by applying tensile strain to the inside.Compared to ordinary glass, this tempered glass has 3 to 5 times the bending strength and 3 to 3 times the impact resistance. It has 8 times the performance and has excellent heat resistance, but on the other hand, because the force is balanced throughout the molded shape, it may be difficult to cut some parts. It has the disadvantage that the entire glass breaks into pea-sized pieces due to hardening, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to shape the glass to fit the intended purpose before strengthening it. There are various difficulties in construction due to the dimensions. Typical examples of the latter include two or more sheets of ordinary plate glass that are bonded together with a transparent synthetic resin film (or sheet) inserted between them, and two or more sheets of tempered glass that are bonded together. Glasses sandwiched between glass sheets and glass sheets with nets are known, and each type of glass is put into practical use. However, it is not known that either the former or the former was intended to have a decorative effect.

Furthermore, as the main decorative effect,
There is a type of so-called stained glass that is obtained by drawing an original picture upside down in advance, then placing a sheet of glass on top of it and tracing the original picture, so it is not suitable for mass production. Moreover, high costs are unavoidable. In addition, conventional plate glass has been made mainly for either reinforcement or decoration, and there is no known glass that can serve both purposes.

Looking at whether plate glass used in buildings is safe or not, it cannot be said that most of it is safe. It is well known that many people were injured due to the explosion.

Looking at it this way, there is a need for something that is inexpensive, has a decorative effect, and does not pose a danger to passersby in the event of an earthquake, in other words, has both decorative and protective functions. However, the current situation is that nothing like this exists yet.

This idea was created by focusing on the points mentioned above.
The purpose is to have a simple structure that can be reinforced well,
The purpose is to provide a protective structure for plate glass that can prevent fragments from scattering outside even if it is broken, and another purpose is to provide a protective structure for plate glass that can produce a decorative effect that is well adapted to each usage. It is there to provide structure.

In Figure 1, a is the net part 1 and the pattern part 2.
The net portion 1 and the pattern portion 2 are both integrally made of metal wire. That is, the pattern portion 2 is formed into a desired shape by means similar to lace knitting. Further, it is preferable that the pattern portion 2 is constructed of a metal wire of a different color from the net portion 1, and in this case, the pattern portion 2 is not limited to a single color but may be of a plurality of colors. The plate glass 3 is overlaid and suitably integrated on one or both sides of the main body a constructed in this way (for example, by using a window frame).

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be well reinforced due to its simple structure, and even in the event of breakage, it can prevent fragments from scattering to the outside, and it can also produce a decorative effect that is well adapted to each usage mode. It has the following effects.
