Conventional technology Conventionally, cement blocks and glass blocks have been widely used as architectural blocks, and these blocks have been given various considerations for decorative effects. There is nothing. As a novel architectural block that produces this type of decorative effect, the applicant has previously proposed a block in which a plurality of thick glass pieces of various colors are fitted into a frame. (Jitsugan 52-59330
(Refer to Utility Model Publication No. 57-16970)) Purpose of the invention This invention aims to improve the above-mentioned architectural blocks, and aims to improve the strength and clarify the pattern to achieve an even more innovative design effect. It is something to do.

Structure and operation of the device This device was developed to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, and is a method of integrally connecting a reinforced concrete outer frame and a concrete inner frame arranged in various patterns within the outer frame. A plurality of stepped portions are formed on the surface, while the back surface is planar, and the back surface is planar, in cavities of various shapes penetrating in the front and back directions surrounded by the outer frame and the inner frame or only the inner frame. A plurality of variously colored and thick transparent glass pieces having cutouts are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the wall surfaces of the outer frame and the inner frame and mutually to form a constant pattern in a plane. , the plurality of glass pieces are bonded to each other and the glass pieces to the outer frame and the wall surface of the inner frame with an adhesive, and the inner frame is made of concrete integral with the outer frame for reinforcement. and,
This allows the pattern to be clearly expressed within the inner frame.

As shown in the figure, the inner frame 2 has a patterned shape constituting cavities 3 of various shapes, and is connected in series and has its tip connected to the inner wall of the outer frame 1, and is set to have the same width as the outer frame 1. ing. Note that reinforcing bars may also be embedded within the inner frame 2, or may be formed to have a width smaller than the width of the outer frame 1.

Glass pieces 4a, 4b to be fitted into the cavity 3...
The frames 1 and 2 have various thicknesses ranging from 1/3 to 1/10 of the width of the frames 1 and 2, and are made of two or more types of transparent glass with different colors. As shown in FIG. 3, these pieces of glass have cutouts 6 formed on the surface thereof to form a plurality of step portions S 1 , S 2 , S 3 . There is. On the other hand, the back surface of the glass piece is configured to be flat.

One or more pieces of the above-mentioned glass pieces are fitted into the cavity 3 as appropriate, and a certain pattern is formed in the plane along the back sides of the frames 1 and 2 in a direction perpendicular to the frames 1 and 2 and mutually. The glass pieces are arranged together with the frame 2, and the glass pieces are bonded to each other and to the wall surface of the inner frame 2 or the wall surface of the outer frame 1 with an adhesive 5 such as epoxy resin, thereby firmly bonding them.

In the block with the above configuration, the intended pattern is clearly displayed by the inner frame 2, and the inner frame 2
Since it is made of concrete, its strength is extremely high. Furthermore, when light enters from the back side of the block, this light is transmitted to variously colored glass pieces 4a,
4b... and exits to the surface side of the block while being diffusely reflected at the notch on the surface. A part of this diffusely reflected light illuminates the wall surfaces of the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, imparting a light pattern to the concrete frame, which originally does not have a very aesthetic appearance, and beautifying the frame itself. In addition, the glass pieces have a roughly ripple-like shape,
The notch 6 is formed by a plurality of shell-shaped or concentric steps, and the steps of the notch apparently reflect light in a large number of rings, so the decorative effect of diffused reflection due to the notch is simply This is much better than the case where the cutouts are made irregularly.

In the above embodiment, the outer frame has a horizontally long rectangular shape, but it may also have a square shape as shown in FIG. 4 or a vertically long rectangular shape as shown in FIG. Good. Further, the shape of the inner frame 2 is formed in various patterns as shown in FIG. In addition, although the glass piece was attached to the outer frame and the inner frame on the back side in the above embodiment, it may be attached to either the center or the front side. Furthermore, it is not necessary to provide notches in all of the glass pieces, and only some of the glass pieces may be provided with the cutouts.

Effects of the invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the building block of this invention, the outer frame is made of reinforced concrete and the inner frame made of concrete is connected to the outer frame. The inner frame acts as a reinforcing material, dramatically increasing the strength. In addition, the glass pieces fitted into the cavity surrounded by the outer frame and inner frame create a beautiful color through the transmitted light, and the pattern created by the inner frame itself and the reflection of light on the frame wall create an innovative effect. It has a great design effect.
