By the way, the conventionally used type of formwork is made of metal, but it does not peel easily from the concrete, so it takes time and materials such as applying oil to the contact surface with the concrete. In addition, when a complicated uneven pattern is to be formed on the surface, there is a drawback that the manufacturing cost of the formwork itself is considerable.

This formwork has the advantage of good peeling from concrete and the ability to easily form complex uneven patterns. The flavor has to be big. As the thickness increases, the weight becomes considerable, which has the disadvantage of making work difficult and increasing the cost.

The body 1 has a substantially uniform overall thickness and is relatively thin, so reinforcing ribs 1b are integrally formed on the back surface to prevent deformation. 2 is a glass resin applied to the surface of the substrate 1 by a spray gun, a drain cleaner, or the like.

After the concrete hardens, the peeling from the concrete is very good, and since the glass resin 2 has a very smooth surface, the surface of the concrete after peeling becomes glossy, and therefore, in the painting performed in the later process, the paint does not peel off easily. The amount of coating required is small, improving workability and reducing material costs. In addition, since the glass resin 2 is hard, it is hard to be scratched, and therefore it can be easily peeled from concrete even after repeated use. Even if it is a soft synthetic resin, by coating the surface with glass resin, the surface will not be scratched even after repeated use, unlike when only synthetic resin is used as a formwork. It peels well from concrete even after repeated use over a long period of time, and since it has a synthetic resin base, it is possible to reduce the cost and weight of formwork, and it is also possible to easily produce formwork with complex surface shapes. Since the surface of the concrete becomes glossy, it is easy to paint in the subsequent process and the amount of paint can be reduced.
