面に沿って均−又はほぼ均一な適当厚味の化粧層を有す
る曲面セメント板の製造方決に関するっ
従来から実施されているこの種方法は、所要の曲面、形
状を有する型枠内に化粧用モルタルを直接供給し、それ
の硬化によって化粧層を形醍したのち、前記型枠内に裏
打ちセメントモルタルを供給し、養生硬化後、脱型する
方法であるが、このような従来方法による時は、立ち上
り部などにおいて化粧用モルタルに垂れが生じてその部
分の厚味が不当に薄くなるといったように、化粧層の厚
味が不均一となり易く、絶対17味が薄いような製品の
場合では裏打ちセメント−か局部的に露出して化粧効果
が甚しく損われてしまう欠点があった、
本発明は、かかる従来欠点の解消を目的とするものであ
って、本発明による化粧付曲面セメント板の製造方法の
要旨は、
(イ) 可撓性を有する表面型枠を水平又はほぼ水平状
態にしてその上面側に化粧用モルタルを供給し、
(cl)その化粧用モルタルの流動性が消失した半硬化
時点でこの化粧用モルタルを前記の表向型枠とともに湾
曲面を有する・剛性本体型枠上に載せ付けることKよシ
所要の湾曲姿勢に変形保持し、
(ハ)引続いて裏打ちガラス繊維入りセメントモルタル
を供給し、
に) 養生硬化後、脱型する、
