5の後端を位置決めピン7に当接して次位の射出位置に
ファスナーテープT、T iセットして同様に射出成形
し、このようにしてファスナーテープの全長にわたりE
lの色の務歯列を射出成形する。そしてランナー5を除
去した後間−の金型全周いてElの色の務歯列に連続さ
せてE2の色の務歯列を射出成形したものが第1図仲ン
である。そして同様に全長にわたシE2の色の務歯列を
射出成形し、ランナー5を除去した後E1の色の務歯列
とE2の色の務歯列の間に連続してE3の色の務歯列を
射出成形したものが第1図(/→である。そしてランナ
ー5を除去してからスライダーSにより左右のファスナ
ーチェーンを噛合して、第2図に示すような色違いのE
l、E2.g3 の3種類の色の務歯列からなる多色
ファスナーが完成される・
以上の方法は所定間隔に離隔した3グループの務歯列を
一度に射出成形するようにした金型を用いた例について
説明したが、第4図に示すように1グループの務歯列を
射出成形するようにした金型を用いて多色ファスナー全
製造することもできる。この場合は特に逃げ溝部8を設
けなくともよい。なお9は位置決めビン7と同様にラン
ナー5に当接して行う位置決め手段である。また10は
射出成形された務歯を利用して位置決めを行うようにし
た位置決め手段であるが、いずれの手段にしても色違い
の務歯列を正しく配置して噛合を円滑に行うことができ
るように射出成形するためには位置決めを正確に行うこ

を製造するようにしたため、通常の単色の合成樹脂製の
スライドファスナーの製造を繰返して行うものとほぼ同
様となシ、多色ファスナーが容易に製造することができ
るものである。また色違いにする色の数も、繰返す工程
の数を増加することにより簡単に増やすことができると
共に、色違いを構成するファスナー務歯列の長さも変化
させることができるので、衣服、袋物、小間物等の多彩
な柄模様に調和した多色のファスナーを製造することが

ファスナー製造方法において、所定間隔をおいて同色の
ファスナー務歯列をファスナーテープの全長にわたつて
配列するように射出成形を行い、以後、前に射出成形し
たファスナー務歯列ごとに、これに連続して前記所定の
間隔を埋めるように色違いのファスナー務歯列を、ファ
スナーテープの全長にわたつて射出成形する工程を繰返
すことにより、ファスナーテープの側縁部に連続した色
違いのファスナー務歯列を配するようにした多色ファス
