Abstract

形成できるような該突起の受孔3を、キャスティング方
式によって製造する熱可塑を目的とした金型1の底面部
2へ多数穿設すると共に、プラスチゾル(図記せず)を
流し込む製造初程の時点において、マット本体4を形成
する当該プラスチゾルと、DOP (ジオクチルフタレ
ート)、又はパラフィン系、或いは砿油系希釈剤等とを
ほぼ半々の比率で混合した可塑剤イを、この受孔3及び
その周辺へ噴着せしめる本肘作技法によって、受孔3と
ゾル溶剤の相溶性を図る手段と成したものであり、この
様な技法によって、プラスチゾルを金型底面部2に形成
した受孔3へスムーズに充填せしめて1表面にカーペッ
ト6を溶着したマット4の裏面側へ滑り止め用突起5を
一体形成できる様に成し得た、本発明の要旨である相溶
性可塑剤の噴着技法を初動工程内に構成したことを特徴
とするものである。又、本発明は更にベルトコンベヤー
によって、連続形成する長尺物の靴拭きマット4におい
ては、金型状の広幅ベルト1′の全体に上記構成による
金型と同様な受孔を底面部に穿設したコンベアベルトA
を形成すると共に、可動初程時点に該受孔へ上記可塑剤
イの噴着装置Bを組み込んだことをも特徴とするもので
ある。

を形成する工程において、 該マットの裏面側に多数の滑り止め用突起を一体形成で
きるような突起の受孔を、キャスティング方式によって
製造する金型の底面側へ多数穿設構成すると共に、前記
ゾルを流し込む製造初程の時点において、プラスチゾル
と当該プラスチゾルに混合される可塑剤例えばDOP又
はパラフィン系希釈剤とほぼ半々の比率で混合した可塑
剤を、この受孔及びその周辺へ噴着せしめることによっ
て受孔とプラスチゾルの相溶性を図る手段と成し、該プ
ラスチゾルをスムーズに受孔へ充填せしめてマットの裏
面へ滑り止め用の突起を一体に形成できる様に成したこ
とを特徴とする靴拭きマットにおける滑り止め突起の製
造方法。 2、ベルトコンベヤーによって連続形成する長尺物の靴
拭きマットにおいては、広幅ベルトの全体に上記構成に
よる金型と同様な受孔を底面に穿設した金型状のコンベ
アベルトを形成すると共に、可動初程時点に該受孔へ上
記可塑剤を噴着するための噴射装置を組み込んだことを
特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の靴拭きマットに
おける滑り止め突起の製造方法。
