Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently emulsify two liquids which are not melted mutually by providing the triangular-shape teeth to the tip end edges of each blade and providing the stirring vanes such as the propellers provided with plural blades wherein the teeth are bent toward the pressure face sides. CONSTITUTION:In case of stirring solid and liquid, the stirring vanes are rotated in the direction shown in arrow A via a shaft 5 in a stirring vessel. As a result, solid and liquid are fluidized and stirred while these are discharged to the pressure faces 4 side with each blade 2, the grains of solid and liquid are crushed with the shearing force due to the edge parts of each tooth 3 because the triangular-shape teeth 3 provided to the end edges opposite to the rotating direction of each blade 2 are bent toward the pressure faces 4 side of each blade 2. Simultaneously the above-mentioned grains are crushed in such a state that the sharp corner parts 3a of the tips of each tooth 3 stick into the grains of solid and liquid.

(Prior Art) As a stirring blade for stirring a liquid and a solid or two mutually insoluble liquids, those shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, are known. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a pipe-shaped support body, on the outer circumferential surface of which a blade 2 is protruded slightly inclined with respect to the axis, and a large number of triangular teeth 8 are formed by notches on the periphery of the blade 2. There is also a stirring blade disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-86181. This is a bend line in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade, and a bent piece is formed around the blade and protrudes from the pressure side of the blade.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional stirring blade, as shown in the fifth factor, the teeth 8 are provided on the extension line of the surface of the blade 2. The teeth 8 only pressurize the liquid and have very little shearing action, so the stirring efficiency is low, and there is a problem that when particles are dissolved, they remain in a lump, so-called "mamako".

The latter has a bent piece on the blade, so the stirring efficiency is higher than the former, but the bent piece is a part of the blade made of a plate that is folded upright. , the entire thickness is the same, and the fold line of the bent piece is in the circumferential direction of the stirring blade. However, when solids and liquids are stirred, a shearing action occurs, but since this is caused by the end surfaces of the bent pieces, the impact is greater, and there is a risk of forming lumps when dissolving the particles. However, there is a problem in that the efficiency of pulverizing coarse particles into a suspension of fine particles is low.

The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is capable of dissolving solids in liquid without leaving them in a lump, and of pulverizing coarse particles to obtain a suspension of fine particles. The purpose is to efficiently emulsify two mutually insoluble liquids and obtain a vine stirring tool.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The stirring tool of the present invention has triangular teeth formed on the tip end edges of a plurality of blades provided in a propeller shape or an inclined paddle shape, and the teeth are formed on the tips of the blades. It is characterized by being curved toward the pressure side.

(Function) The stirring blade of the present invention stirs and flows a solid-liquid or mutually insoluble two liquids with each blade, thereby dissolving solids, etc., and each blade has teeth at its tip. , the peripheral speed of the teeth is high, and solid or liquid particles can be efficiently crushed by the unevenness formed by the teeth. Furthermore, since each tooth is shaped like a triangle and curved toward the pressure surface of the blade, a shearing action is generated at the edge of each tooth, and the sharp corner of the triangular tooth is bent toward the pressure surface of the blade. It protrudes from the side 1, and when this corner part hits solid or liquid particles, the corner part pierces these particles and crushes them, so the solid or liquid particles can be effectively and reliably crushed, and the solid or liquid particles can be crushed. This prevents the particles from becoming sticky.

In FIG. 1, l is a pipe-shaped support body, and a plurality of rectangular blades 2 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the support body, as shown in FIG.
They are each fixed at a slight inclination with respect to the axis of the support l. Numeral 8 denotes a plurality of triangular teeth formed at the tip of the edge opposite to the rotating direction of the blade 2, and each of these teeth 8 is
As shown in FIG. 8, each blade 2 is bent toward the pressure surface 4 side. 8a is a corner portion at the tip of the tooth 8, and 6 is a shaft inserted and fixed into the support body 1.

Stirring of solids and liquids by this stirring tool is the same as with conventional stirring blades, and is carried out through the shaft 5 in the stirring tank (not shown).
Rotate in the direction of arrow A shown in the figure. Then, each blade 2 discharges the solid and liquid onto its pressure surface 4 side for fluid agitation, and the triangular teeth 3 provided on the edge opposite to the direction of rotation of each blade 2.

Therefore, solid and liquid particles that escaped and could not be separated by the edge portions of each @8 can be reliably captured and crushed by the corner portions 8a of the teeth 8. Since the tooth 8 is provided at the tip of the blade 2, the circumferential speed is fast.
It is possible to reliably crush particles and efficiently dissolve powders without forming lumps, or 1. to crush coarse particles to obtain a suspension of fine particles, or even to create two liquids that are insoluble in each other. Can be emulsified.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the stirring blade of the present invention has triangular teeth on the double-sided blade, and each tooth is bent toward the pressure side of the blade, so the edge portion of each tooth A shearing action occurs, and the sharp corners of the teeth protrude toward the pressure surface of the blade. Therefore, the solid or liquid particles are crushed by the shearing action of the edges of each tooth, and the corner portions of the teeth penetrate into the solid or liquid particles to reliably crush the solid or liquid particles. It is possible to dissolve or suspend liquids without dissolving them, and to efficiently turn two liquids that do not dissolve into each other into a slag.
