化され、主軸のベルト駆動が多用されてきているが、プ

〔発明の目的〕 本発明は、上記した従来の工作機械の
問題を解消することを目的とし、主軸駆動モータ部およ
びプーリ部からの発熱が主軸頭への熱影響を与えること
を極力少なくして、工作物の加工精度を安定化すること
ができる主軸駆動モータおよびプーリの冷却装置を提供

らに−前記プーリに前記断熱体に対し送風する冷却ファ
ンを設けると共に、その冷却ファンの吸気口をプーリ中
を軸方向に貫通して複数設け、前記冷却ファンにより吸
気口から吸入される空気を前記断熱体の通風溝を通して
放出し、主軸駆動モータおよびプーリの発熱を冷却する
