Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、差動形静電容量式の検出電極であって、ガラ
スや樹脂、ゴム等で製作されたチューブやパイプ等の中
の液面や2液の界面を、外部から隔壁を介して検出する
電極構造に関するものである。
(従来の技術) 従来、ホース等の内部における液体の有無を調べるには
、円筒型のセンサーヘッドをホース等に近づけて静電容
量を検出している。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) この円筒型のセンサーヘッドを一安定的に取付けるため
には、特別に金具や装置を作らねばならす、その材質も
堅くて変形不可能であるため、ホース等に密着できず、
測定精度が悪かった。
従って本発明の目的は、平面から半円形まで自由に変形
可能であり、密着取付が容易であるため、測定に至便で
精度の向上が可能な静電容量検出電極を提供することで
ある。
(問題点を解決するための手段) 以下、添付図面中の参照符号を用いて説明すると、本発
明の静電容量検出電極は、被測定物体lの外面に沿って
変形可能な可撓性材料より成るものである。
(作用) この静゛マシ容量検出電極は、被測定物体1の外面に沿
って当接させ、該外面に倣って変形させた後、ベルト等
の適当な結着手段をその外側から施すことによって、被
測定物体1に固定される。
(実施例) 図示の実施例の静電容量検出電極は、検出電極部2、接
地電極部3及び補償電極部4という3枚のフレキシブル
電極板を各々フィルム7で絶縁して圧接し、これを塩化
ビニル等の軟質プラスチック材質のケース5に収容した
ものである。
このように形成された静電容量検出電極は、ベルト6等
で被測定物体5に締刊けられ、被測定物体7表面に倣っ
て密着する。そのため、被測定物体7内部の薬液の静電
容量の変化を正確に検出できる。
この静電容量検出電極は、直径10mm位の輸血用チュ
ーブ等から直径50〜60CI11位の塩化ビニル製の
プラント用配管等にも使用できる6前記電極部の材料と
しては、金属箔、金属網、金属の蒸着フィルム等が使用
できる。用途例としては、点滴ホースの点滴液検出、輸
血用ホースの血液検出、タンク液面検出、石油ストーブ
の石油液面検出、オイルホースの欠油検出、自動車の潤
滑油配管の油検出、注薬ホースの薬液検出等があげられ
る。
(発明の効果) 本発明の静電容量検出電極は、平面から半円形まで変形
可能な金属箔等の可撓性材料より成るので、静電容量検
出電極は被測定物体のイ、面に沿って密接させることが
できる。そのため、静電容量の検出を精度高く行なうこ
とができる。
また、この静電容量検出電極はベルト等の容易に入手及
び利用可能な補助手段によって、該被測定物体に安定に
保持させることができるので、特別の機械や器具類を準
備する必要がなく、使用上の取扱いに至便である。
現用の食品工業や薬品工業の機器や装置、プラント等の
非平面部分に対しても穴開は等の加工処理を施す必要な
く、簡単に着脱できるので、静電容量検出の適用範囲が
更に拡大され、測定対象物において制約がなくなる。

第1図は本発明の一実施例に係る静電容量検出電極を示
し、第2図は該静電容量検出電極の内部に収容された検
出電極部、接地電極部、補償電極    (部及び絶縁
