[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention mainly relates to a device for preventing entry into restricted areas in steel towers and other high-rise buildings.
For example, when performing maintenance/inspection work on a high-voltage line tower, if power transmission is suspended for one of the multiple lines suspended on the tower due to maintenance/inspection, workers are required to perform maintenance/inspection work on only the line that is currently out of power. They must enter the area to work, but they often misunderstand the situation and end up entering areas where power lines are currently transmitting, which is a restricted area, which is extremely dangerous.

For this reason, various measures have been taken in the past, such as using colored signboards to indicate when the line is transmitting power, and encouraging people to wear armbands designated by a color code and only enter areas marked with a designated color. Efforts have been made, such as giving instructions from managers, but in any case, it is based on human (physiological) recognition, so when workers make judgments in a unique environment such as being at a high place, there may be misunderstandings. It cannot be said that there are no misunderstandings.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an iron tower 1 to which a guide rail 2, which is a part of the proposed device, is attached. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the runner 3, which is another part of the present device, is fitted into the guide rail 2. As shown in FIG. FIG. 3 shows the determination members 4, 4' provided on the runner 3.

The guide rail 2 is attached to a steel tower or other high-rise building in the height direction and horizontal direction near a lifting device such as a step bolt for lifting and lowering, and a runner 3 is fitted to the guide rail 2. , the runner 3 is connected to a worker via a life rope. Therefore, since the worker accompanies the runner 3 while climbing up and down the building, the movement area of the runner 3 becomes the movable area of the worker, that is, the accessible area. The runner 3 is fitted into the hollow part of the guide rail 2 by rollers 7 attached to its base 6, as shown in FIG.
It is connected to the worker via the life rope by the ring part 8'.

In addition to the present device, the runner 3 shown in the embodiment also has a function of preventing workers from falling. To briefly explain this, one end of the brake member 9 loosely fitted to the base 6 is connected to the connecting plate 8. Both are loosely fitted and have a shoe portion 9' at the other end, which is pressed against the road surface 2 of the guide rail 2 by the biasing force of the coil spring 10 and fixes the runner 3 in that position. When the worker ascends, move the runner 3 upward via the life rope (the top direction in Figure 2 is upward).
As a result, the brake member 9 is slightly rotated counterclockwise via the connecting plate 8, and the shoe portion 9' is released from being pressed against the road surface 2' of the guide rail 2 and slides upward. When the worker descends, the worker pulls the runner 3 via the life rope in a direction away from the guide rail 2 (toward the front right in FIG. 2), so the brake member 9 is pulled counterclockwise via the connecting plate 8. The shoe part 9' rotates slightly in the direction of the guide rail 2.
The pressure on the road surface 2' is released and it slides downward.

If the worker falls for some reason, the tension of the life rope of the runner 3 is first loosened, and the brake member 9 presses the shoe part 9' against the road surface 2' of the guide rail 2 by the biasing force of the coil spring 10, causing the runner 3 to fall. 7, the guide rail 2 suddenly stops at that position by pinching the road surface 2' from the inside and outside. Subsequently, a downward impact force is applied to the connecting plate 8, and this impact force is used to more forcefully press the shoe portion 9' of the brake member against the road surface 2' to firmly fix the runner 3 in that position.

The determining members 4, 4' are cylindrical in shape, and are removably installed in the form of sleeves on the portions of the shaft 6' that loosely fit the base 6 of the runner 3 and the brake member 9, which protrude slightly to the left and right. A groove 4'' is provided in the cylindrical hollow part, into which the dowel of the shaft 6' falls and serves as a click stop, so that the determining members 4, 4' are sufficiently fixed to the shaft 6'. has been done.

When the determining members 4, 4' are attached to the shaft 6', they protrude in the width direction of the guide rail to a greater extent than the extension of the shaft 6', and when they are removed, the determining members 4, 4' The protrusion caused by 4′ is gone;
The attachment and detachment of the determination units 4, 4' performs the functions described later.

The blocking member 5 is attached and fixed to the guide rail 2 directly or indirectly by convenient means (not shown),
It is mainly provided near the entrance of a branch point extending in the horizontal direction of the guide rail 2 or near the ascending entrance. The distal end portion 5' of the blocking member 5 protrudes from the road surface 2' of the guide rail 2, and when the determining members 4, 4' are protruded from the runner 3 and slides, the distal end portion 5' of the blocking member 5 protrudes from the road surface 2'. It abuts against the portion 5' and prevents the runner 3 from sliding forward. In addition,
When the determining members 4, 4' are removed, the distal end 5' of the blocking member 5 does not collide with any part of the runner 3, so the runner 3 is located at the location where the blocking member 5 is provided. It is possible to freely pass through and enter beyond.

A power transmission line tower 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a guide rail 2 installed near lifting devices such as step bolts (indicated by thick solid lines in the figure), and each line of armrests (A, B, C, etc.). There are also guide rails 2 installed horizontally near the inspection scaffolds D, A', B', C', D').
is installed in a branched manner. In addition, blocking member 5
is provided near the entrance of a branch point extending in the horizontal direction of the guide rail 2 or near the ascending entrance. In addition, in FIG. 2, the blocking member 5 is the determining member 4.
However, this is an embodiment for the right leg in FIG. 1, and although not shown, in the left leg, the blocking member 5 is on the symmetric side in FIG. 2, that is, the guide It is provided on the left side of the rail 2, and collides with the determining member 4' when it protrudes to prevent it from entering beyond.

Now, when power transmission of all lines is stopped and the tower 1 is inspected, the tower manager checks the judgment members 4,
The runner 3 from which the runner 4' has been removed is lent to a worker, and the worker ascends the steel tower 1 with the runner 3 and performs work such as inspection. Since it does not collide with the block member 5, it is possible to freely pass through the area where the blocking member 5 is installed and enter any area to perform the prescribed work.

Next, when the power transmission on the lines A, B, C, and D is stopped and only the lines A', B', C', and D' are transmitting power, the tower manager protrudes the determination member 4'. The runner 3 with the determination member 4 removed is lent to the worker, and the worker engages in the same work as described above, but in this case, as described above, on the left leg during power transmission, the blocking member 5 is on the left side of the guide rail. Since the determining member 4' is provided in the area, the determining member 4' collides with the blocking member 5 and prevents the worker from entering there.

Note that when only the right leg, A, B, C, and D side is transmitting power, this is handled in accordance with the above. Naturally, when the tower manager lends the runner 3 to the workers, he gives strict instructions not to enter the restricted areas, but due to workers' illusions, they often head toward these restricted areas, and the proposed equipment The system physically distinguishes between accessible areas and prohibited areas, which contributes well to danger prevention and work management.
