結果を次表に示す。
The present invention relates to an improvement in the structure of an electric wire with a shimmering layer used as an internal wiring material for equipment such as audio products where noise is a problem. There is a shielded wire with a flexible layer made of semiconductive plastic mixed with carbon powder. An example is shown in Fig. 1, where 1 is the center conductor, 2 is the primary insulating layer, 3 is the release layer, 5 is the insulation layer, 6 is the ground wire, 7 is the outer cover, and the insulation layer 5 is made of semiconductive plastic mixed with carbon powder. However, since the conductive material is uniformly mixed into the plastic in the flexible layer, even if a considerable amount of the conductive material is mixed, the conductivity does not increase significantly. Furthermore, since semiconductive plastic is extruded, it needs to be more than 0.2 mm thick, which has the disadvantage of increasing the outer diameter of the wire. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a wire with a shearing layer that has a good shearing effect and a small outer diameter. The structure is such that fine powder of metal, carbon, etc. is adhered to form a thin layer that does not easily peel off from the outer cover. An embodiment of the wire with a thin layer according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B. On the central conductor 1 is a primary insulating layer 2 of polyethylene, foamed polyethylene or PVC and flame-retardant, cross-linked versions thereof. A release layer 3 made of inorganic powder, oil, or the like is provided thereon to improve separation from the secondary insulating layer 4, and the secondary insulating layer 4 is placed on top of this. Fine powder of a conductive material such as copper, silver, aluminum, tin, carbon, etc. is deposited on the secondary insulating layer 4 . Adhesion methods include methods of dissolving it in the solvent of the secondary insulating layer and attaching the fine powder thereto, and methods of using a solution or powder of synthetic resin (polyamide, polyester, epoxy, etc.) as a binder to the conductive material powder. .
As for the adhesion method, any technique used for normal painting can be applied. The resulting cold layer 5
A grounding wire 6 and a jacket 7 are provided on the outside (a thin layer of metal or carbon powder), but the jacket 7 and the hardening layer 5 are not separated from each other. This can be easily accomplished by extruding the outer cover at a high temperature (usually a processing temperature of 180 to 200°C), as the binder or adhesive will melt and the outer cover and the hardening layer will be welded together. The electrical wire with a thin layer of the present invention has the following features: (1) Unlike conventional thin layers, conductive powder is not mixed into the plastic, but is attached to the surface of the plastic. The value drops drastically. (2) Since the hardening layer is a coating film, it is much thinner than extrusion molding, and only needs to be 10 to 20μ. It has the following advantages. The following table shows the results of a comparison of the wire with the shield layer of the present invention and conventional products.
