For the purpose of streamlining the terminal processing work, an adhesive layer is applied intermittently to the aluminum surface in contact with the jacket 5, and in the areas where the adhesive layer exists, the jacket 5 and the shielding tape 3 are integrated. Electrical contact between the shielding tape 3 and the drain wire 4 is made in the area where the layer is not present.

とするシールド付絶縁電線にある。 In view of the above points, the present invention inherits the advantages of terminal processing of shielded insulated wires using aluminum foil as a shielding material, while greatly improving the stability of the electrical contact between the drain wire and the aluminum foil surface when the wire vibrates. This was proposed for the purpose of providing an improved shielded insulated wire, and its gist is that two insulated conductors are placed in parallel on the outer periphery, one of the insulated conductors is placed in a "〓" shape, and the other is A piece of shielding tape is vertically attached to cover almost the entire circumference of each in a "〓" shape, and a piece of shielding tape is placed inside the shielding tape in the gap between the shielding tape and the two insulated conductors. A drain wire is attached vertically along the insulated conductor in continuous contact, and the shielding tape is a composite tape of metal and plastic, with the metal side on the inside and the plastic side on the outside, and the plastic side is exposed to heat from the extrusion of the jacket. A shielded insulated wire characterized by being fused and integrated with a jacket.

When the tape thickness is 6 to 10 microns, the shield tape is peeled off at the same time as the jacket is peeled off.
