Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid jamming on a carry conveyor by carrying the products to be worked from the working station in the downstream through a reverse feed conveyor parallel with the carry conveyor to the work station in the upstream same with that in the downstream. CONSTITUTION:A reverse feed conveyor 11 arranged in parallel with a carry conveyor 1 is run in reverse direction by a motor. 第1図に示すように一方向へ走行する搬送コンベア1に
沿ってミシン等の加工ステーション2を作業工程順に配
設し、コンベア人口3から1個の縫製加工製品を得るに
必要な部品を収納したパッケージを順次投入することに
より、各加工ステーション2で自己の担当するパッケー
ジ内の各部品相互間を縫製して組立て完成品として得る
ようにしている。完成品はコンベア出口4から、パッケ
ージに収納された状態で出てくる。即ち、上記加工ステ
ーション2は搬送コンへアlの走行方向へ沿って、作業
工程順に配列されており、そして、例えば、第2図に示
すバッグ5を形成する場合、その表皮6に上流側の加工
ステーション2】で第1ポケツト7を縫い付け、このポ
ケット7を被う第2ポケツト8を加工ステーション2M
で縫い付け、この第2ポケツト8に上記第1ポケツト7
と同じ第3ポケツト9を上記加工ステーション2J2と
同一機能を有する下流側の加工ステーション2)で縫い
