The liquid level 18 changes depending on the remaining amount of liquid such as oil injected therein, and accordingly, the flow 1 to 13 is guided by the guide member 12a and moves up and down. Then, when the liquid level 18 falls and the contacts 14a and 14b come into contact with each other through the contact 15, it can be detected via the lead wire 16 that the liquid level has decreased below a predetermined level.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and by molding a part of the component parts of the liquid volume gauge integrally with the tank, it can be used in many different types even when the types of tanks are different. The present invention provides a liquid tank with a liquid level detection device that does not require the preparation of a gauge, is inexpensive, and is advantageous in terms of preventing liquid leakage.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a tank made of a non-magnetic material such as polyethylene resin, and a hollow convex portion 2 is integrally formed with a portion of the bottom surface 1a of the tank 1 projecting upward. Reference numeral 3 denotes an annular float inserted into the tank 1 and fitted into the convex portion 2 so as to be movable up and down. The float 3 has a ferrite magnet 4 installed therein. Reference numeral 5 denotes a reed switch provided within the hollow convex portion 2. This reed switch 5 is provided within the reed switch mounting member 5a, and a lead wire 6.6 of the reed switch is provided. Further, an oil inlet 1b is provided in the upper part of the tank 1, and an M7 is covered with this oil inlet 1b.

In the above configuration, the liquid level 8 moves depending on the amount of liquid such as oil injected into the tank 1, and the float 3 is guided by the convex portion 2 and moves up and down accordingly. When the remaining amount i in the tank 1 decreases and the liquid level 8 falls below a predetermined level, the ferrite magnet 4 of the float 3 activates the reed switch 5, and therefore the tank 1 It is now possible to detect that the remaining amount within has fallen below a predetermined level.

As mentioned above, the tank 1 does not have a special opening for installing the gauge, and therefore, compared to the conventional case where a separate gauge installation port is provided, reliability against oil leakage is improved. The road switch 5 constituting the gauge can be inserted into the hollow part of the convex part 2 from the bottom of the tank 1, so there is no need to prepare different types of gauges each time the depth of the tank is different. A switch body made of one type of reed switch 5 and a float 3 can be used for many types of tanks. Further, by providing a large number of reed switches 5, a plurality of liquid levels can be detected.

A convex portion 2 is provided directly below the inlet 1b of the tank, and the diameter of the inlet 1b is larger than the diameter of the float 3, and the height of the float 3 is similar to that of the lid 7. The interval between the upper ends of the section 2 is set to be larger than the interval between the upper ends of the section 2. With this configuration, the float 3 is inserted from the oil inlet 1b, but once the float 3 is fitted into the convex portion 2 and the lid 7 is overturned, the tank 1 may fall over. The float 3 is prevented from detaching from the convex portion 2 even when the float 3 is moved.

Figure 2 shows an electric circuit of a warning device using the above-mentioned gauge. In the figure, the reed switch 5, warning lamp 9 (or buzzer), and main switch 10 in the gauge are connected in series to the battery E. There is. With this circuit configuration, by keeping the main switch 10 ON, when the amount of liquid in the tank 1 reaches a predetermined level (liquid level height), the reed switch 5 turns ONL, and current is applied to the warning lamp 9. It is possible to warn that there is little flow or liquid remaining.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a part of the bottom of the tank is made to protrude upward to form a convex part, and a float having a magnet is fitted into this convex part so as to be able to rise and fall freely. , and by providing a reed switch in the convex part, there is no need to insert the liquid level detection device from the installation opening at the top of the tank as in the past, and therefore there is no need to have a separate opening for the liquid level detection device. This improves reliability against oil leaks, and the reed switch that makes up the liquid level detection device only needs to be inserted into the convex part from the bottom of the tank, making it possible to use one type of tank for many types of tanks with different tank depths. The float and the switch body can be used as appropriate, and this has great effects such as cost reduction.
