[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an inexpensive and easy-to-install crosspiece fixture that can be used for repairing metal sheet roofs, particularly tile and stick roofs. In general, when repairing a roof with tile rods, especially when forming a new roof on top of the tile rods of an existing roof, as shown in Fig. The existing roof's tile rods and rafters were fixed together with the newly installed piers using locking devices consisting of . However, as shown in FIG. 1b, the above-mentioned locking tool not only wastes the square angle α when taking the material, but also requires the size of the material itself to have an area indicated by the two-dot chain line. In addition, at least two pressing steps were required. As a result, the locks have become expensive. Further, if the existing roof material and the fasteners need to be made of the same material or different materials, the conventional fasteners must be made of the same material. Therefore, there were disadvantages such as having to use the same expensive material for all materials due to corrosion and strength issues. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a configuration in which the leg body and the crosspiece mounting body are formed independently, and the desired function can be achieved by simply inserting them during use.
The present invention proposes a crosspiece mount that is made of materials that meet the purpose and is made inexpensive by using materials without waste. EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, one Example of the crosspiece mounting tool based on this invention is described in detail using drawings. That is, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned crosspiece mount, in which the legs 1 and the crosspiece mount 6 are formed independently and are used by fitting them together. To explain further, 1 is a leg that connects the rising edge of the existing roof (hereinafter referred to as the tile rod part) as shown in Figure 3a.
A convex portion 4 consisting of a top surface 2 formed wider than the width W 1 of A and a guide piece 3 that hangs inward from both sides of the top surface and a lower end of the guide piece 3 extending horizontally outward to the existing roof B. It has a cross-sectional shape from the attachment part 5, and is mainly used to easily attach and detach the crosspiece attachment body 6 , and to fix it to the rafter D of the existing roof B via the nail C. . In addition, the crosspiece mounting body 6
As shown in Fig. 3b, the bottom part 7 is formed into a concave cross-section by a bottom part 7 that can be fitted into the convex part 4, and side walls 8 whose both sides are bent vertically upward. This is for attaching the crosspiece E. The legs 1 and the crosspiece mounting body 6 are made of one type of metal plate, such as a colored galvanized iron plate, an aluminum plate, a copper plate, or a synthetic resin plate. Further, the dimensional relationship between the leg body 1 and the crosspiece attachment body 6 is set as follows. That is, the distance between the guide pieces 3 of the convex portion 4 is W 2 , the width of the mounting portion 5 is W 3 , and the top surface 2
The dimension in the direction of the mounting part 5 is W 4 , the width of the bottom part 7 of the crosspiece mounting body 6 is W 5 , the interval between the side walls 8 is W 6 , the crosspiece E
The width of the tile bar part A is H 1 , the height of the protrusion 4 is H 2 , the height of the side wall 8 is H 3 , the thickness of the material of the leg 1 is t 1 , the mounting of the crosspiece When the thickness of the material of the body 6 is t2 , W1 < W2 , W3 =about 20 to 50mm, W4 > W5 , W3 <
W6 , W5 < W2 , W6 > W7 , H1 < H2 , H3 = 10~30
mm, t 1 =0.27 to 2 mm, and t 2 =0.27 to 2 mm. Next, a construction example will be described. Legs 1 and crosspiece mounting bodies 6 made of colored steel plates with a thickness of 0.3 mm as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b are prepared. Therefore, leg 1
A large number of sets of crosspiece mounts are prepared, which are fitted so that the bottom surface 7a of the crosspiece mount 6 contacts the back surface 2a of the top surface 2 of the convex portion 4. Next, as shown in Fig. 2, the space of the convex part 4 of the leg 1 is placed and inserted into the tile bar part A of the existing roof B, and then the leg 1 is attached to the rafter D via the nail C. Fix it. Next, a crosspiece E is inserted into the space formed between the side walls 8 of the crosspiece mounting body 6 and the top surface 2 of the leg body 1 , and this is fixed with nails C. Therefore, in order to fix the crosspieces E to the tile bar portions A, the crosspiece fixtures are mounted parallel to the girders at a predetermined pitch in the process described above, thereby forming the base structure of the repaired roof. As described above, the crosspiece mount according to the present invention has the feature of being able to reduce costs because materials can be used effectively without waste. Additionally, even if the width of the tile rods is different, it can be easily handled by replacing only the legs. Furthermore, even if corrosion or the like becomes a problem due to contact between the material of the existing roof and the material of the crosspiece fixture, there is an advantage that only the legs can be easily replaced.
