Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the takeout of parts, by letting a tray with a lot of line-up holes made up in parts from vibrate, while drawing out a shutter having notches different in depth each at its terminal with the underside at a fixed rate, and constituting it so as to drop the parts one by one from each both. CONSTITUTION:Parts to be fed onto a tray 1 are fitted in each of line-up holes 11 by dint of rocks and vibrations of a casing 4. Next, when a shutter 3 is drawing out by degrees, these parts comes to drop one by one in consecutive order owing to notches different in depth each. These dropped parts are fed to an assembling process by a conveyor (unillustrated herein). With this constitution, a mechanical structure is well simplifiable.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a shutter that can be pulled out on the bottom surface of a tray in which a large number of alignment holes corresponding to the shape of the parts are formed, and a depth hole is provided at the end of the shutter in the pulling direction. A process in which a notch with a cutout is set in a casing to form an alignment device, a process in which a large number of parts are fed onto a tray, and the casing is rocked and vibrated to align each part in the alignment hole; Thereafter, the process consists of a process in which the shutters are pulled out at a constant speed to drop the parts one by one using each notch, and a process in which the parts that have fallen one by one are sequentially transferred to the assembly process.

A shutter 3 that can be pulled out is provided on the lower surface of the tray 1 in which a large number of alignment holes 11 corresponding to the shape of the parts are formed, and cutouts 31 of different depths are provided at openings that become the terminal ends of the shutter 3 in the pulling direction. ... is formed, and the tray 1 and shutter 3 are set in the casing 4 to constitute an alignment device. The tray 1 is formed with a side portion 12 from which the shutter 3 can be pulled out. The shutter 3 is provided with a handle 32 at its starting end in the pulling direction, and the handle 32 projects from the opening 41 of the casing 4. A line L shown in FIG. 3 is a line to which the first horizontal row of alignment holes 11 of the tray 1 correspond.

As explained above, according to the present invention, although it has conventionally been done to align components on a tray in which a large number of alignment holes corresponding to the shape of the components are formed, in the subsequent process, the bottom surface of the tray is Equipped with a shutter that can be pulled out,
There is no alignment device that has cutouts of different depths formed at the end of the shutter in the pull-out direction. The existence of this shutter allows the shutter to be moved at a constant speed after aligning the parts with the alignment device. By pulling out the parts, it is possible to drop the parts one by one using each notch, and furthermore, after the parts have been dropped, it becomes easy to transport the parts one by one to the assembly process.

Further, according to the present invention, there is no need for the conventional process of sending a large number of parts aligned at the same time to the next process one by one using a big-and-place unit after alignment, and It is no longer necessary to install expensive and space-consuming FR equipment. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably and easily separate and take out the parts one by one after alignment.
