はポンプ、12は撒布装置、13はクラムセル、
14は汚泥運搬船である。

注水を停止せしめると共に撹拌翼4の回転を続け
ながら石膏Bを上記投入器から槽3内に投入す
る。このようにして石膏Bが所定の量槽3内に投
入されるとその重量により計量信号発信器2を再
び作動せしめてその発信信号により上記石膏投入
器からの石膏の投入を停止せしめると共に凝固遅
延剤等Cをその投入器から槽3内に投入せしめ撹
拌翼4の回転をさらに続ける。このようにして凝
固遅延剤等の投入量が所定の量に達したらその重
量により計量信号発信器2を三たび作動せしめて
その発信信号により凝固遅延剤の槽3内への投入
を停止せしめる。このようにして槽3内に排脱石
膏溶液が所定量溜つたらこの排脱石膏溶液をポン
プ10によりミキサー7内に導入すると共にこの
ミキサー内にセメント計量器9から所定量のセメ
ントを投入して撹拌翼8の回転により上記排脱石
膏溶液およびセメントを撹拌混合しこれをポンプ
11により撒布器12に送り込みこの撒布器によ
り運搬船14内に積込んだ汚泥15の上面全体に
16で示すように均一に撒布し、この撒布完了後
クラムセル13によりこの汚泥15と排脱石膏お
よびセメントよりなる硬化剤とを掴み上げては振
落し、この掴み上げ、振落し作業を繰返し行なう
ことにより上記排脱石膏およびセメントよりなる
硬化剤と汚泥とを均一に混合しこの汚泥が硬化し
ない内にこれを運搬船14で廃棄場所に送り込ん
で硬化させるものである。

船内に積込まれた汚泥上に均一に撒布する工程
と、しかる後前記運搬船内に設置された撹拌手段
を介し前記汚泥と硬化剤としての混合体とを硬化
しない程度に混合処理しつつ所定の場所まで運搬
し、当該場所にて硬化せしめる工程とからなるこ
とを特徴とする汚泥処理方法。
