質合成樹脂製の中底を配し、胛被の下端開口の切
縁を外向きとしてその下面を中底の上面の周縁に
高周波熔着したのち胛被を中底の周辺を経て旧状
に捲り返すことによつて胛被の下辺を以て中底と
胛被の下周縁との上記の熔着部を被包し、次いで
熱可塑性軟質合成樹脂製の本底を中底及び同中底
と胛被との上記の熔着部の下面に配しその周辺部
を中底の周辺部及び胛被が同胛被と中底との熔着
部を被包する部分の下面に高周波熔着することを
要旨とするものである。
