とする。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When attempting to overlay and sew three parts, the upper part, the midsole, and the outsole, as in the above-mentioned known example, the midsole and the outsole are located in the same position as each other. It was a hassle to have to securely fix it so that it would not slip. The object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing slippers that does not have such defects and can make the sewing work extremely easy.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing slippers according to the present invention includes an upper part 3 in which an upper part 1 is inserted into a middle plate 2 and bonded to the middle plate 2, and a middle plate made of a resilient material. The bottom 5 and the lower surface are covered with an outer covering material 6, and an edge wrapping 7 is provided along the periphery.
First, the insole 5 is stacked on top of the outsole 8 and the edge wrap 7 is applied to cover the sides of the insole 5, and the insole 9 is sewn together. The outsole 8 and the insole 5 are integrated by rolling it up to the top side and gluing it to the peripheral edge of the top surface, and then the above-mentioned upper part 3 is stacked on the front half of the upper part of the insole 5 to form the instep. 3, the insole 5, and the outsole 8 are sewn together, and the insole 9 is placed and glued on the entire upper surface of the inner plate 2 inside the upper part 3 and the upper surface of the rear half of the insole 5. It is characterized by this.

The outsole 8 and the insole 5 are integrated by rolling up to the upper surface side of the insole 5 while covering the side surfaces and bonding them to the peripheral edge of the upper surface, and then overlapping with the upper part 3 to form a three-piece structure. Since they are sewn integrally, there is no need to fix the outsole 8 and the insole 5 during the sewing work.

完成する。(Example) An example of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings. first,
The toe part is made by hooking the upper 1 onto the middle plate 2, which is called a ghost made of cardboard, using a fishing machine (not shown) and gluing the hem edge 10 of the upper 1 to the lower surface of the periphery of the middle plate 2. The instep part 3 is relatively large and curved and bulges into an oval cross section.
, an approximately dish-shaped inner sole 5 made of a resilient material such as sponge or rubber and having an upward convex edge 4 along the entire periphery of the upper surface; An outsole 8 is covered with an outer skin material 6 such as cloth or leather and has a hem 7 made of cloth or leather sewn integrally along the entire periphery, and the upper surface is also made of a resilient material such as sponge or rubber. A flexible cushion material 11 is layered on the rear end, the entire upper surface of the cushion material 11 is covered with an outer skin material 12 such as cloth or leather, and the peripheral end of the outer skin material 12 is rolled up to the lower surface side and bonded to the insole 9. Each is formed and provided separately. And first, the bottom 8
The inner sole 5 is stacked on top of the inner sole 5 and the hem wrap 7 is integrally sewn to the main sole 8, covering the sides of the inner sole 5, rolled up to the upper side of the inner sole 5, and glued to the peripheral edge of the upper surface. By doing so, the outsole 8 and the midsole 5 are integrated. next,
The upper part 3 is stacked on the front half of the upper surface of the inner sole 5 so as to be fitted into the convex edge 4, and the upper part 3, the inner sole 5, and the outsole 8 are sewn integrally over the entire circumference. In the figure, 13 indicates a thread for sewing. Finally, the slippers are completed by placing and gluing the insole 9 on the upper surface of the inner plate 2 inside the upper part 3 and on the entire upper surface of the rear half of the inner sole 5.
