DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel method for manufacturing a shoe cover, which comprises providing an opening at the lower end of the shoe cover made of a soft thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet and bending the incisal edge of the opening inward. A thermoplastic soft synthetic resin book sole with the entire periphery bulging upward is placed on the upper surface of this opening, and an insole made of thermoplastic soft synthetic resin is placed on the lower surface of the opening. Insert the entire incisal edge of the lower end opening using the entire upwardly bulging edge of the outsole and the entire periphery of the insole without deforming the bulging shape of the periphery of the outsole, and place it in the insertion part. The gist is to airtightly weld the three parts together using high-frequency welding, and to seal air between the outsole and the insole.

Hereinafter, in order to explain an example of the implementation of the present invention, first, a vinyl chloride sheet is used to provide a shoe opening 1 at the upper end and an opening 2 for attaching the sole at the lower end, and a slide fastener 3 facing the shoe opening 1 on the front upper side. A sash 6 is constructed in which a cut 4 is opened and a heel opening 5 is provided at the bottom.

Next, an outsole 7 made of vinyl chloride with the entire periphery bulging upward and bent into a hook-like cross section, and an insole 8 made of vinyl chloride with a textured pattern formed on the top surface.
The insole 8 is turned upside down to place it on the lower electrode I, which has the shape of the sole of the foot turned upside down, and then the cover 6 is turned upside down and placed on the lower surface of the same electrode. After bending the incisal edge inward and overlapping the same part with the periphery of the insole 8, the outsole 7 is placed upside down above it, and the bulge and fold of the periphery of the outsole 7 is made. The curved part 9 is overlapped with the incisal edge of the opening 2 at the lower end of the sleeve 6 without destroying the bulging and bent shape of the part 9, and the insole 8
Insert the entire incisal edge of the lower end opening 2 of the cover 6 using the entire circumferential edge of the outer edge and the entire bulging bent portion 9 of the outer edge of the sole 7, and then insert the frame-shaped upper electrode rod into the inserted portion from above. By applying high frequency voltage to the same part while pressing down, the three parts are high frequency welded to each other, and at the same time, the main sole 7
Air is sealed in the space 10 between the insole 8 and the insole 8 to obtain a finished shoe cover.

Since the present invention is as described above, it goes without saying that a shoe cover having a main sole on the bottom and an insole on the top surface can be manufactured very easily. Air is sealed between the sole and the insole, so when the cover is used, an air pocket is formed between the sole and the ground, and when walking, this air pocket acts as a cushion for the sole of the shoe, reducing the impact when it hits the ground. This has the effect of relieving the wearer's discomfort and providing extremely comfortable wearing comfort.
