Traditionally, tatami mats have been constructed by integrating a tatami bed and a tatami face made of sewn straw. However, recently chemical tatami have become mainstream due to the shortage of straw. To explain a typical example of chemical tatami, chemical tatami has a structure in which the tatami surface, a thin layer of straw, load-bearing boards (plywood), polystyrene foam, flower mats, and plastic sheets are individually laminated in this order at a tatami shop. Therefore, in order to manufacture tatami mats, a complicated process of laminating each member one after another is essential, resulting in very poor workability. Furthermore, since the tatami floor is not glued together, it suffers from deterioration over time, such as curving, and lacks mechanical strength, particularly long-term load durability. Furthermore, there were disadvantages in that the corrosion protection of the floor and the life of the tatami itself were inferior.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has a synthetic resin foam layer with a soft fiberboard on one side that has a humidity control function equivalent to that of straw, and a synthetic resin that has elasticity, strength, and a certain degree of humidity control ability on the other side. We propose an insulated tatami mat with improved heat insulation, strength, insect repellency, and corrosion resistance by interposing an integrally formed synthetic resin foam layer that exhibits self-adhesive properties when foamed between the sheets.

An embodiment of the heat insulating tatami mat according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of the above-mentioned tatami mat, in which 1 is a tatami floor with a soft fiberboard, for example, a sheathing insulation board 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as a board), a synthetic resin foam layer 3 ( (hereinafter simply referred to as a foam) and a synthetic resin plate 4 are integrally formed.
Further, to explain, the board 2, the foam 3, and the synthetic resin plate 4 are fixed together by utilizing the self-adhesive property of a so-called liquid foam raw material when foamed. As shown in FIG. 2, a part of the foam 3 is impregnated over a distance Δt on the surface of the board 2, and the foam layer Δl in the vicinity is impregnated with the foam 3.
Unlike other closed cell structures, communication (softening)
This structure promotes anti-vibration and cushioning properties. To give specific examples of the above-mentioned members, the board 2 is an insulation board, a water-repellent insulation board, etc., and mainly works as a reinforcing material and a humidity control material. The foam 3 is soft or semi-hard polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, etc., and has a density of about 30 to 100 kg/m 3 . This foam 3 functions as a heat insulating material, an adhesive, a raised material, and a cushion material, and also aims to reduce weight, reduce manufacturing steps, and strengthen mechanical strength.
Further, as the synthetic resin board 4, crushed materials of synthetic resin foam such as chips, scraps of pine crushed into small blocks, crushed materials of rubber products, and organic, inorganic, or woody fibers can be used as the foam 3. It is formed into a plate by binding it with the same raw materials as , and mainly acts as a heat insulating material, a dimensional adjustment material (absorbs unevenness of the base with cushioning properties), a vibration isolating material, a material preventing material, and an insect repellent material. It is. 5 is the tatami mat surface, 6 is the tatami edge, and 7 is the tatami lining material.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the insulating tatami mat according to the present invention, and the foam 3 contains pearlite grains, whitebait balloons, styrene beads, secondary wood wool products, etc.
One or more of glass fiber, activated carbon, borax, etc. may be added to enhance compression resistance, elasticity, fire retardance, humidity control, and cushioning properties.

As described above, the heat insulating tatami mat according to the present invention has the characteristic that heat insulation, humidity control, and compressive strength can be simultaneously obtained through the sandwich structure. Because the foam acts as both an adhesive and a heat insulating layer, the number of man-hours required is significantly reduced. The vibration damping properties are greatly enhanced by the synergistic effect of the cushioning properties of the synthetic resin plate and Form 3. Synthetic resin boards and foam are highly insect repellent and corrosion resistant, so the tatami as a whole has excellent corrosion resistance.
