Abstract

PURPOSE: A soundproof flooring material is provided to insulate vibration, impact noise and heat, and to prevent crack or curling of flooring against moisture by absorbing thermal expansion or contraction against moisture or heat with forming holes in sheets. CONSTITUTION: A surface layer(A) and a base layer(B) are mounted by a composite phenol resin layer(5) in a flooring material, and a soundproof sheet(C) is mounted under the base layer by a composite phenol resin layer(5'). The soundproof sheet is made of one or compound of iron oxide, barium sulfate and calcium carbonate and formed of sheet type by a polyvinyl chloride binder to insulate sound, or made of nonwoven fabric, textile fabric or knitted goods to absorb sound. The base layer is composed of plural holes(3a) and formed of a porous polyvinyl iron oxide sheet, porous polyvinyl sheet, porous plywood, porous cork sheet, porous rubber sheet, porous HDF(High Density Fiberboard) or porous MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard).
