DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a lead 1 is inserted into a coil frame 6 around which a coil 7 is wound, and a pair of L-shaped magnetic pole pieces 8 are placed opposite each other on one end side of the coil frame 6. In the reed relay, a permanent magnet 9 is interposed between the magnetic pole pieces 8, and the tip of the lead 1 is positioned between the closely opposing surfaces of a pair of magnetic pole pieces 8.
The tip of the lead 1 is branched into a fork shape, movable contacts 2 are provided on both sides, and a magnetic attachment part 4 is provided in the center.
Movable contacts 2 are located on both sides of the opposing surfaces of the pair of magnetic pole pieces 8.
The reed relay is provided with a fixed contact 3 facing the fixed contact 3 and a magnetic pole part 5 with a magnetized part 4 facing between the fixed contacts 3 on the opposing surface, and its purpose is to improve the contact opening speed. To provide a reed relay which can increase the contact capacity by increasing the contact capacity, can be made smaller, and can make reliable contact with a higher contact pressure.

In a reed relay such as a general glass tube reed relay, the magnetic pole surface and the contact portion are the same, so the behavior of the reed when switching the contact has a characteristic of gradually accelerating from an initial velocity of zero. The wear of the contacts is determined by the occurrence of arcs when switching the contacts, but slow switching speeds have the disadvantage of increasing the occurrence of arcs and increasing the wear of the contacts.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Reference numeral 6 denotes a coil frame around which a coil 7 is wound, and the lead 1 is inserted through the coil frame 6. Coil frame 6
A pair of L-shaped magnetic pole pieces 8 are disposed on one end side so as to face each other, and a permanent magnet 9 is interposed between the magnetic pole pieces 8. The tip of the lead 1 is branched into a fork shape, and movable contacts 2 are provided on both sides, and a magnetic attachment portion 5 is provided in the center. This lead 1
The tip of the magnetic pole piece 8 is inserted between closely opposing surfaces of the pair of magnetic pole pieces 8, and a movable contact 2 and a fixed contact 3 facing each other are provided on both sides of the opposing surface, and a magnetically attached part is inserted between the fixed contacts 3. A magnetic pole portion 5 facing the magnetic pole portion 5 is provided. When the coil 7 is energized, the lead 1 is attracted to one of the magnetic pole pieces 8, the movable contact 2 comes into contact with the fixed contact 3 first, and the magnetically attached part 4 is further flexed and attracted to the magnetic pole part 5. At this time, the movable contact 2 of the lead 1 is displaced as shown by the broken line in FIG. 3, the magnetically attached part 4 is displaced as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, and δ is the amount of deflection of the magnetically attached part 4. When breaking, the magnetized part 4 separates before the magnetic pole part 5 and the movable contact 2 separates from the fixed contact 3, so the opening speed of the movable contact 2 has an initial velocity and a large acceleration. In addition, conventional reed relays used contact materials such as Au or Rh, but
Since the present invention operates as described above,
Materials that can withstand heavy loads such as AgCd or AgNi can be used. Or very thin Au on the magnetic pole surface of the magnetic pole part 4.
By using the layer, stable contact resistance can be maintained without being influenced by the state of the contact portion during opening and closing of the contact.

As described above, the present invention has the tip of the lead shaped like a fork, has movable contacts on both sides, and has a magnetically attached part in the center. In addition to providing a contact point, we also provided a magnetic pole part that faces the magnetic part between the movable contacts of the magnetic pole piece, so when making the lead, the movable contact contacts the fixed contact first, and then the magnetic part flexes and attracts the magnetic pole part. and the movable contact separates from the fixed contact after the magnetic pole part separates first when the lead breaks, and the opening speed of the movable contact has an initial speed and a speed, and the opening speed increases. It is possible to suppress arcing during DC loads and maintain stable contact performance over a long period of time. Moreover, even if the contact can be turned on or off immediately as mentioned above, the movable contact can be moved in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the lead. The magnetic attachment part, fixed contact, and magnetic pole part are arranged side by side, so the length of the reed relay's lead in the longitudinal direction can be shortened, which has the advantage of making the reed relay more compact. The movable contact and the magnetically attached part are attracted by the magnetic pole part and are attracted with a large attraction force, and the advantage is that they contact with a large contact pressure and the lead can move at a fast speed.Furthermore, the contact pressure ensures reliable contact, so it is not heavy. It becomes possible to use a load contact material, realize a reed relay with large capacity switching, and maintain a stable contact state at all times during switching.
