Further, in this case, the stretcher is supported such that the patient's feet are close to the upper surface of the stretcher and the patient's head side is floating above the stretcher. However, in such conventional patient transport beds, the patient's head side of the stretcher is supported in a floating state with respect to the upper surface of the stretcher table.
Since the patient's back does not touch the top of the stretcher table, this is convenient for patients who want to keep their head elevated, but it is useful for patients who do not want their head elevated or who require cardiac muscle surgery. This was inconvenient for patients who In particular, a gap is created between the back of the patient requiring cardiac surgery and the upper surface of the stretcher, causing the patient's body to sink down on the stretcher and the wrapping of the stretcher becoming a cushion, making it difficult to perform cardiac surgery. For this reason, conventional cardiac surgery was performed by inserting a back support plate into the patient's back, but this required a lot of effort and effort to insert the back support plate without lifting the patient's back. In addition, storage of the backrest plate also requires space, and especially in emergency vehicles that have various equipment inside the vehicle, there are restrictions on the storage space for the backrest plate, and furthermore, the storage space is bad. There were problems such as a situation where the device could not be found immediately when needed and could not be used.

とも可能である。 This invention will be explained below based on the drawings. 1 to 6 are diagrams showing an embodiment of this invention. In the figure, 1 is an emergency vehicle, and a patient transport bed 2 is installed in the interior of the emergency vehicle 1. In addition, this patient transport bed 2 is located inside the vehicle.
Although a medicine box 3, a hand-washing device 4, a sheet-cum-item box 5, a waste can 6, an oxygen cylinder 7, a heating flow meter 8, and other equipment are installed above, a description of these items will be omitted. The patient transport bed 2 has a stretcher platform 9.
can protrude outward from the door opening 11 of the back door 10 to facilitate patient accommodation. That is, the floor surface 1 is placed on the lower part 12 of the stretcher table 9.
A moving roller 14 that can freely roll on 3 and a floor surface 1
Guide rollers 16 that can engage and roll freely with the guide rails 15 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle are provided respectively to make the stretcher platform 9 movable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. It can be fixed both at a position protruding from 11 and at a position accommodated in the vehicle interior. As shown in FIG. 6, this locking device 17 locks a stopper plate 18 provided on a floor surface 13 by engaging a stopper pin 19 provided on the lower part 12 side of the stretcher 9. 19 is a link plate 21 rotatably supported by the bracket 20.
A stretcher platform 9 is attached to one end and biased in the locking direction (direction of arrow A) via a spring 22 attached to the link plate 21, and is connected to the other end of the link plate 21 via an adjuster rod 23. By rotating the link arm 24 on the rear end side in the direction of arrow B, it can be freely operated in the unlocking direction (direction of arrow C). Also,
A part of the inside of the stretcher table 9 is formed as a storage 26 that can be freely accessed through a door 25 provided on the side, and the remaining part is used as a storage part 28 for an oxygen cylinder 27. Furthermore, a pad material 30 is attached to the upper part 29 of the stretcher table 9.
A stretcher 31 is placed on both sides of this pad material 30.
A guide rail 32 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle for slidably and removably attaching it. That is,
A slider 36 with a rolling roller 35 and a stretcher attachment bar 34 for supporting the patient's head side end 33 of the stretcher 31 is slidably engaged with the guide rail 32, and is slidably engaged with the patient's foot side end 33 of the stretcher 31. A stretcher support fitting 38 for supporting the portion 37 is fixed. Also,
The stretcher mounting bar 34 is set higher than the stretcher support fitting 38, so that the stretcher 31 is supported in a floating state relative to the patient's head side and the upper surface of the stretcher table 9. If the patient's head is not elevated as it is, or if cardiac surgery is desired, the above-mentioned inconvenience will occur, so the patient's head side portion 39 of the guide rail 32 is hinged relative to the other portion 40. The positioning device 4 is rotatably attached via the head portion 41 and the head side portion 39 is provided on the stretcher table 9 side.
2, the stretcher mounting bar 3 can be freely regulated at either the horizontal position X or the downward rotational position Y, and the stretcher mounting bar 3
The height position of the stretcher 31 is changed, and the patient's head side of the stretcher 31 can be supported in a floating state or in a close state to the upper surface of the stretcher table 9. Therefore, when the patient's head side of the stretcher 31 is in close proximity to the upper surface of the stretcher table 9, the back of the patient on the stretcher 31 comes into contact with the upper surface of the stretcher table 9, specifically the pad material 30, so that the patient's head Of course, this is useful for patients who do not want to raise their body temperature, and when performing cardiac massage, it is possible to do so without using an auxiliary device such as a back support plate. Specifically, the positioning device 42 is
In contrast, a spring 47 is provided between an operating lever 44 rotatably provided around a pin 43, an outer sleeve 45, and an inner sleeve 46, and one end is connected to the stretcher table 9 and the other end is connected to the operating lever 44 for operation. A telescopic elastic member 48 that can freely control the position of the lever 44 at either the upper limit position Z 1 or the lower limit position Z 2 , and the head side of the guide rail 32 that is integrally provided with the operating lever 44 via a bracket 49 . It consists of a support roller 50 as a support member that abuts and supports the lower surface 49 of the portion 39. In addition, 53 in the figure is a roller receptacle. Further, the elastic member 48 is provided so that the connection position 51 on the side of the stretcher table 9 is on the hanging line P of the pin 43, which is the center of rotation of the operating lever 44.
The connection position 52 on the operation lever 44 side is located at this hanging line P.
When the connection position 52 is more to the right in the figure, the operating lever 44 is urged in the upward rotational direction, and when the connection position 52 crosses the hanging line p and moves to the left in the figure, the operating lever 44 is urged in the downward rotational direction. I'm singing. Therefore, since the positioning of the head side portion 39 by the operating lever 44 is automatically controlled, the operating lever 44 can be operated with one hand. Note that the elastic member 48 is a spring 48.
However, this example is not limited to
For example, it is also possible to use something like a gas stay using compressed gas to further reduce the operational impact.

8 and stopper pin 19, and stretcher table 9 is released.
protrudes rearward from the drawer door opening 11,
In this state, the stretcher 31 with the patient's head side end 33 fitted on the stretcher attachment bar 34 is slid forward, and then the patient's foot side end 37 is attached to the stretcher receiving bracket 38.
The stretcher 3 can be easily placed on the stretcher stand 9 by placing it on the stretcher stand 9 and fixing it.
1 can be attached, and in this state, slide the stretcher table 9 forward and attach the stopper plate 1 to the appropriate position.
8 can be easily accommodated by engaging the stopper pin 19 with the stopper pin 19. If it is desired to raise the patient's head side of the stretcher 9, by rotating the operating lever 44 to the upper limit position Z1 , the stretchable elastic member 48 is biased upward via the support roller 50. The head side portion 39 of the guide rail 32 is positioned at the horizontal position X, and the patient's head side of the stretcher 9 is maintained in a high state. Furthermore, when you do not want to raise the patient's head or when you want to perform cardiac surgery, the support roller 50 is moved downward as the operating lever 44 is rotated downward against the biasing force of the elastic member 48. to rotate the head side portion 39 of the guide rail 32 downward. When the connection position 52 on the operating lever 44 side exceeds the hanging line P, the elastic member 48 moves to the operating lever 44.
is urged in the downward rotational direction to position the operating lever 44 at the lower limit position. Therefore, the head side portion 39 of the guide rail 32 is at the downward rotation position Y.
The patient's head side of the stretcher 31 is positioned close to the upper surface of the stretcher table 9, so that the patient's head can be maintained at a low position, and the patient's back abuts the pad material 30 on the stretcher table 9. Therefore, it becomes possible to perform cardiac muscle surgery without using an auxiliary device such as a back support plate.

The part of the guide rail on the side of the patient's head is rotatably attached to other parts via a hinge, and the position of this head part can be freely regulated in a horizontal or downward rotational position via a positioning device. The patient's head side can be supported in both positions, either floating or close to the top of the stretcher, making it ideal for patients who want to keep their head high as well as patients who want to keep their head low. Moreover, it is possible to perform cardiac surgery without using an auxiliary device such as a back plate, and as a result, the inconvenience caused by the storage or poor storage of conventional auxiliary devices can be avoided.
