2. Description of the Related Art A privately-owned passenger car is a very convenient vehicle that can be easily accessed at any time, and is essential for many people in modern society. In particular, for disabled and elderly people, passenger cars are not only necessary for going to hospitals,
The freedom to widen the radius of action and go wherever you want will be a pleasure and encourage their participation in society.

[0003] By the way, in the case of a disabled person or an elderly person who needs a wheelchair because it is difficult to move his / her body freely, it is difficult to get on and off between the wheelchair and the passenger car by himself, so a caregiver is required. And However, to move a wheelchair user from a wheelchair to a passenger car seat or vice versa, the caregiver must hold and move the wheelchair user. Therefore, depending on the weight of the wheelchair user or the degree of disability, holding and moving the wheelchair user physically places a heavy burden on the caregiver. Also, even from a wheelchair user's perspective, they may feel pain, anxiety or discomfort when being held.

[0004] Furthermore, since caregivers are often relatives of wheelchair users and may be women or elderly people with weak physical strength, it is extremely difficult for caregivers to move wheelchair users from wheelchairs to other places. It is hard work. Therefore, a passenger car modified to facilitate the movement of a wheelchair user is known. For example, there has been known a device in which a seat of a passenger car is rotatable, the seat is rotated to a position where a wheelchair user can easily get on and off, and the seat is fixed at a proper position when moving in the passenger car. According to this device, it is relatively easy for a wheelchair user to get on and off the seat of the passenger car.

There is also known a passenger car in which a seat is removed from the rear of the passenger car and a wheelchair can be fixed thereto. According to such a passenger car, the wheelchair user can get on and off the passenger car together with the wheelchair using the lift device or the like, so that the nursing care of holding and transferring is unnecessary, and the burden on the caregiver is greatly reduced.

However, even with an apparatus in which the seat of a passenger car is rotatable, care for the caregiver holding and transporting the wheelchair user still remains.
It is difficult to significantly reduce the burden on caregivers. Further, a passenger car in which a seat is removed from the rear and a wheelchair can be fixed thereto has a disadvantage that a large modification of the passenger car is required and it becomes expensive. In addition, if the driver is also a caregiver of a wheelchair user, it is not always preferable that the wheelchair user be in the rear of the passenger car, and the wheelchair user should sit in the passenger seat where the driver can always see. Is desirable. However, the wheelchair is narrow in the passenger seat, and even if the space problem is solved, the cost of remodeling the car becomes higher.

[0007] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and by separating the seat from the wheelchair and allowing the wheelchair user to transport the entire seat, it is not necessary to significantly modify a passenger car or the like, and The purpose is to significantly reduce the burden on caregivers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A wheelchair seat transfer device according to the present invention which solves the above-mentioned problems is characterized by a wheelchair having a seat detachably held on a wheelchair main body, a pedestal capable of holding the seat, and a movable pedestal. A transfer portion having an engaging portion engaged with the seat at the advance end portion and having an arm member for receiving the weight of the seat on which the wheelchair user is seated, the engaging portion being substantially engaged with the seat. Another object of the present invention is to transfer a sheet between a wheelchair main body and a transfer unit via an arm member while maintaining a horizontal state, so that the seat can be held on the wheelchair main body and the pedestal, respectively.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A case where a wheelchair user is transferred from a wheelchair to another place using the wheelchair seat transfer device of the present invention will be described. In another place, the transfer section according to the present invention is arranged, and the pedestal is held there. First, the wheelchair in which the wheelchair user sits is moved to the position of the transfer unit. This movement is easy for the caregiver since the wheelchair is moved normally.

Next, the arm member is protruded from the pedestal, and the engaging portion provided at the advancing end of the arm member is engaged with the seat. As a result, the seat on which the wheelchair user is seated is held as it is by the arm member, so that the state is maintained even if the wheelchair body is removed. Therefore, with the wheelchair user sitting on the seat, the seat is removed from the wheelchair body together with the wheelchair user. Since the wheelchair user is in a seated state, the seat is held in a horizontal position and is moved up and down or in front and rear and left and right directions relative to the wheelchair body so as to be detached from the wheelchair body. Since the weight of the wheelchair user and the weight of the seat are supported by the arm member,
The weight handled by the caregiver is only the weight of the wheelchair body, and the work of removing the wheelchair body is easy for the caregiver.

In order to allow the arm member to advance and retreat from the pedestal, for example, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which one end of an arm member having an indirect portion which is bent in the horizontal direction is rotatably supported on the pedestal. If an engaging portion is provided at the other end of the arm member to engage and hold the seat on which the wheelchair user is seated, the wheel member is seated at a short distance by rotating the arm member while bending the joint. The seat can be moved substantially horizontally to the pedestal.

Further, the arm member may be configured to be expandable and contractible, and may be configured to be contracted and stored in the pedestal. In this case, the arm member is extended to hold the seat on which the wheelchair user is seated in the substantially horizontal state at the engagement portion, and by shortening the seat, the seat on which the wheelchair user is seated is transferred onto the pedestal in a substantially horizontal state. can do. In addition, when a wheelchair user transfers the seated seat from the pedestal to the wheelchair main body, the above operation can be easily performed.

The operation of the above-configured wheelchair seat transfer device of this embodiment will be described below. Here, a case will be described in which a wheelchair user is transferred together with the seat 2 from the wheelchair body to a transfer unit provided on the passenger seat side of the passenger car. When transferring the vehicle from the passenger seat to the wheelchair main body, the procedure may be completely reversed. First, a wheelchair in which a wheelchair user is seated is transported to a passenger car, and as shown in FIG. 3, the footrest plate 23 is pulled out from the seat 2 to put both feet of the wheelchair user. By turning a handle (not shown) to raise the holding members 34 and 35 and the seat 2, a space 7 slightly larger than the arm member 6 below the seat 2 is received.
