に在る時よりも揺動部材13と共にその揺動軸芯
P周りで若干下降揺動したクラツチ入り操作位置
になり、次いで、揺動部材13が下降揺動される
ことにより、第2図ロに実線で示すように、駆動
用揺動部材13の下降揺動角Q1よりも大なる揺
動角Q2下降揺動して、結束用空間6から放出さ
れる結束排ワラの通路18から下方に全体が退避

び締付け固定操作自在に連結して構成してあり、
受板20からの突出高さを変更調節できるように
