た補助サイリスク部のカソードN3層とを備え、補助サ
イリスタ部を点弧させることにより主サイリスタ部にそ
の点弧電流が流れるようにしたサイリスク構造において
、ターンオフ時にカソードN3層から抵抗部を介してN
2層のルートで電流を流し、且つターンオフ時にはカソ
ードN2層と同時にN3にも逆電圧が印加されるように
補助サイリスク部のカソードN3層と前記N2層間に抵
抗部を設けるとともに、前記主サイリスタ部のカソード
N2と補助サイリスタ部のカソードN3層間にN3層か
らの電流を阻止する方向にダイオードを設けて構成した
ことを特徴とするターンオフサイリスタ。(1) The main thyristor section is formed of four layers of PIN1'9 P2 N2, and the cathode N3 layer is an auxiliary thyristor section which is divided from the cathode N2 layer, and the auxiliary thyristor section is ignited.
