発明の目的
本発明は、この種煮沸釜又は蒸溜釜における原
液を、蒸気ジヤケツト等を用いることもなく、強
い煮沸又は沸騰強度で、早い流速により原液の対
流を図ると共に、洗浄を迅速かつ完全に行なうよ
うにして、原液の煮沸又は沸騰の効率化を図るも

発明の要旨

加熱して煮沸させ、その後、麦汁を釜底面19の

煮沸又は蒸発させる内部加熱装置において、 上板と下板との間の外周が外筒体で気密に包囲
されて内部に中空室が形成された装置本体が備え
られ、該中空室には、上板と下板とを気密に貫通
し、内周部に原液が流通する内管が所定の間隔で
多数本配置されていて、 該中空室の中心には、下板側から蒸気導入管が
挿入されて固定され、該蒸気導入管には、導入さ
れた蒸気を中空室に供給するスリツトが形成され
るとともに、中空室のエアーを抜くエアー抜き導
管が挿入されていて、上記下板には、中空室のド
レンを排出するドレン排出管が固定され、該ドレ
ン排出管は、蒸気導入管を包囲して同軸に下方へ
伸び、釜底面を貫通して釜外部に導出され、該ド
レン排出管が釜底面に固定されることにより、装
置本体が釜底面上に立設されるようになつている
ことを特徴とする煮沸釜又は蒸溜釜の内部加熱装
