本発明は釣竿の表面を装飾加工する釣竿の製造法に関す

従来の技術
釣竿の製造法は、熱硬化性樹脂を含浸したプリプレグを
芯金に捲着し、その表面にテープを一部重合させながら
螺旋状に捲着して緊縛した後、これを熱硬化処理し、次
いで芯金の抜き取りとテープの剥離を行って管状体を形
成してるのが現状であるが、熱硬化処理時にテープの捲
着によるテープ重合部分の間隙に樹脂が入り込み、形成
された管状体の表面に高さ15〜30ミクロンの隆起螺

発明の構成
本発明はこの隆起螺旋条を利用して釣竿表面に装飾模様
を形成して、釣竿の装飾価値を向上するようにしたもの
で、芯金に捲着した熱硬化性合成樹脂含浸のプリプレグ
を順次テープ捲着による緊縛、熱硬化処理、テープ剥離
及び芯金抜去をして形成した管状体の外周面に、該管状
体と異色の塗料を塗装した後、前記テープ捲着によって
生じた隆起螺旋条が露出するまで研磨することを要旨と

低下の原因となっていた隆起螺旋条を装飾模様に利用で
き、極めて簡易な手段により品質の良い高級な釣竿を容
易かつ能率良く製造することができる優れた特徴を有す

異色の塗料を塗装した後、前記テープ捲着によって生じ
た隆起螺旋条が露出するまで研磨することを特徴とする
