には透明な保護層9が形成されているため模様が落ちた

の後リング状に折曲させるものであり、紙テープの螺旋
巻き作業は手間もかからず簡単に行なえ、ステアリング
ホイールの製造工数・コスト等を低減させることができ
、さらに、紙テープに産業廃棄物である故紙を利用すれ
ば省資源に役立つ安価なステアリングホイールを製造す

ープを巻着させて製造することを特徴とするステアリン
