Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は摩擦車変速装置の、変速方法に関するもので
ある。
従来の摩擦車を用いた変速装置は、図1で見るように、
摩擦車Aを左右に移動させて行うが、摩擦車の移動に大
きな力が必要で、移動の速曳も早くできない、摩擦車の
磨耗も大である。
これらを解決しようとすれば、図2のように摩擦車Cを
操向し、角度を付けて左右に移動させ変速を行うが、摩
擦車Cへの動力伝達や、操向装置が複雑にな9、高速回
転や耐久性に問題がある、これらが実用性が低い要因に
なっている。
この発明はこれら欠点を解決するものである、実施例に
より説明すると、図3、動力は入力軸1が矢印N方向に
回転することにより、摩擦車2゜3.4を経て、出力軸
5に伝達される、変速操作板6を、上に移動させると移
動摩擦車3も軸受7を介して上に移動する、図4に見る
ように摩擦車2.4の軸G−G’に対して、移動摩擦車
3の軸J−JがHずれると、摩擦車2,4を角度E、D
に操向しだ゛のと同り状態になり、移動摩擦車3は変速
操作板6の角度Kを付けた長穴に案内され、矢印Fの方
向に移動始め、角度E、Dが小さくなりながら、1翻擦
車2,4の軸G−G’まで下ると、角度E、DはOとな
りP点で止まる、求める変速比M、Lを得る、この場合
は減速になる、増速は変速操作板6を下に移動して行う
変速操作板6の長穴の角度1(は変速装置の使用目的に
より、わずかづつ変速させる場合は角度Kを大きくして
変速操作板6の移動距離に対して、変速比の変化を小さ
くすることができる、このように使用目的により長穴角
度Kを決定する、なお長穴は直線ではない場合もある。
図中8,9は移動摩擦車3の軸J−J’の角度を変ずに
上下左右に移動させるための保持機構である、変速操作
板6は上下方向にのみ移動できるように、案内溝11で
保持されている。
図5f′i変速範囲が小さくてよい場合などに用いる例
で、2個の摩擦車で変速を行うもので移動摩擦車の保持
機構に、動力伝達機構を組合せたものである。
