圧捨て湯空間にも溶湯が満たされ、その結果(こ
の実施例では中子本体の方向に向かつて)巾木の
端面を押圧し、よつて中子にあつては溶湯の浮力
による曲げ応力にも耐え巾木は折損することはな
いものである。このため、本考案に係る鋳型は従
来における中子の折損防止手段と異り、余分な工
数を必要とせず、簡易に中子の折損を防止するこ
とができるものである。また、特に鋳型の周囲が
