共に周辺部上縁と吸込カバーとの間に所定の間隙を保有
せしめて環状座部の下縁外周部よりポンプ吸込口へ至る
通水路を開通し、また、スイング弁の下転作動時には椀
状弾性膜の周辺部下縁が底板上へ密接して上記通水路を
閉止せしめるよう構成せられている。
