  1. セラミック基板の表面及び裏面それぞれに電極を形成す
    ることにより、少なくとも１個のコンデンサを有する誘
    電体装置において、前記セラミック基板の一方の面に前
    記電極を介してアルミナ基板を積層したことを特徴とす
    る誘電体装置。
